Went very well hired them to help with a few other properties.

They were professional and kept me informed of each step as it progressed. I was comfortable having their crew in my house. They cleaned up after and even installed a new thermostat that would handle both heating and cooling.

Experience with company was terrible.

I probably got what I paid for. The cost was only $39. The tech checked the current feed to the inducer motor and the main blower motor. He checked for gas leaks. He looked at the flame. Otherwise, he did not do anything except try to sell me a 3 year service plan. I had expected that he was going to check for CO leaks, to verify that the flu was drafting correctly and that the system was completely functional. It did not seem that any of that was done. He measured the current in the inducer motor at about 0.56 amps. It is a 2 speed motor on my furnace and only the low speed was active, hence, the measurement was correct. The full speed was supposed to be at about 1.7 amps according the label. He said that replacing that motor was a $1400.00 cost. Interestingly, that motor can be found on the internet for about $250 to $300. So with an hour's labor (it really can be replaced in less than 20 minutes), I would expect a cost of less than $400. In general, the man was friendly and did check some things, but I don't think I got what I was looking for which was a full safety check of my furnace.

Ray not only answered his phone on the first ring, but he also came out immediately. To better explain the project to my wife, he returned later that night for an hour. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. The pricing included professional and package discounts. Knowing we needed a working furnace in the midst of winter, his crew came 2 days later and within hours had installed the new unit. He then took time to explain how to best use the smart energy thermostat. We worked out financing and since installation, Ray has only been a call away. Plumbing & heating services vary widely, but with Mtn. Home Comfort, you get personal service, professional installation, and reasonable pricing.

Met Jay by chance and told him we had HVAC issues and needed someone to help solve numerous issues (without hiring a team of contractors). Jay had the monumental task of designing an HVAC project to address our issues: *No HVAC *House was not plumed for HVAC (even though we had told the builder we wanted it) *Electrical panel could not handle installation of an HVAC load and required an upgrade *We had an installed a gas line in the garage during build (for a future heater) but needed the heater and blowers installed. Jay and his team impressed my husband with their professionalism, gave my husband a great consultation with their recommendations and solutions, provide a quote that was not only fair but included a much appreciated military discount, and the team was readily available to get us scheduled within 2 weeks. Jay offered us financing, and at 24 months/0 interest... who could pass up taking on our whole project at once! Needless to say we booked Mountain View Comfort right away and we couldn’t be happier with our decision!!!

They were awesome. They were in and out in a day. No complains and I am happy with their service.

I called their response was great, they came and they were able to fix the problem. I had my son and folks in here, they were pretty cold and the company fixed the problem and get me back up with my furnace. Fair and competitive prices. Totally professional.

They were reasonably priced, handled everything really well and I was really pleased. I will highly recommend and use them, again.
