Great. Efficient, cost-appropriate work. First visit was the bathroom fan, second visit was the outlet work based upon the excellent work done on the fan.

I NEVER got a response. I tried several times via email and phone and never received any response.

They were very good. I've had workmen that have shown up pretty close to the time. These people were here at least five minutes before the time that he was scheduled to be here, and would have been here maybe a few minutes before that, but he overshot the house and had to look for the address and turn around. I would give this provider A-plus. When I spoke to him on the phone, his speaking voice on the phone is so different than his speaking voice when you're meeting him. I don't know if he had his apprentice or journey person with him, but they were both just very, very nice people, very courteous. All of the providers that I've dealt with through Angie's List have always been very professional, and I feel very secure in their company. I'm a woman alone and I'm a Black woman alone, and I feel very respected and very comfortable, and not patronized. They've all been just really nice people. On price I guess an A because I think that generally plumbers and electricians and stuff, by the hour, they're at least $150-$160 some odd dollars an hour, and to get eight hours worth of service at under $500 is a real value. They were in an out, and the young man had to go to the hardware store to get some outlets because I didn't have the right outlets and everything. While he was gone, Mr. Berger continued to work and the kid was gone and back within 30, 40 minutes. The price was extremely good value. I tend to be very anal about things, and when they screwed the nuts into the switch plates, they were all aligned the same way. Most people, they screw until they feel that it's a fit, and that's sort of it. The alignment of the work, the finished product, to me was what was on the order of what I would have done if I were putting the plates on. And that's a minor thing, but it's major to me because it's a visual thing. He called right away. I didn't have to call them; they called me because of the way you guys have it set up. You purchase the coupon and in this case, he called me. He was available; I didn't get a voice mail and that kind of stuff. We talked and he looked at his calendar and gave me a date and time that he would be available, and that was fine. On punctuality, they are superior. I have nothing other than A's for this particular company. On professionalism, I think that is so important for us as women when you're dealing with people coming into your home to provide a service, and that you don't have that apprehensive feeling. The kid was very polite and they were just a very nice unit. I think it's so important that there are opportunities of people of different ethnic backgrounds and nationalities to have an opportunity for exposure to services. I've been pleased when I've had people of color that have come in and done that and they've been very professional and I've been tickled pink because of having been in business where I used to recruit and train people that were women in non-traditional trades and people of color that were new in the workforce, it's really rewarding to see that that works in the public and not just in a big government agency.

We could not figure out why a bathroom light, and 2 hall lights wouldn't work, it took about 15-20 mins of detective work and bringing out a special tool to figure out that a GFI plug behind our fish tank popped.. never would have figured it out. They did figure out that one plug in the master bedroom was no good and replaced with a plug we had here and that another plug my husband replaced was installed incorrectly and fixed that. AND most of all showed me how to get the energy efficient bulbs out so we can replace the burnt out ones!

He's also done work 3 times with my mother in Orangevale, so very happy with him. I was familiar with his work. He's convenient, he responds quickly. I've talked to many other vendors over the years asking for estimates and I don't get any response, so he's quick turnaround on his response; and he seems very customer oriented.

He asked me where I would like him to start and was very knowledgeable about the probable problems. He quickly fixed the dining room lighting. It works beautifully. The other items were repaired as easily. He also found an outdoor outlet that needed repair and fixed that too! He completed the whole list in less than 2 hours. I am very happy with the service he provided. The work he has done is 'A' quality. The time it took to reach him was the only draw back. I would definitely use Mountain View Electric again

I thought it was great. They were really nice. They actually came over 2 different times. They were supposed to come over 2 days before Thanksgiving and something came up, like they had an emergency at a different site. So we rescheduled to the day before Thanksgiving and time kind of ran out. So we scheduled a second day for them to come out, like a couple days after Christmas. The first time they came they installed one bathroom fan and the second time they installed the other bathroom fan.   <br /> <br /> They were very nice people, but we had to reschedule because the first time they weren't able to make it when they were originally scheduled for. However, they did call me in advance.  It wasn't like they just called that day and say hey we aren't going to be able to make it. They did say, Hey I'm so sorry, an emergency happened at another site, I was planning on being there tomorrow, can we push it back a day.   <br /> <br />

They are cheap and reliable.

It couldn't have been better. Ewald and his son did an outstanding job replacing a ceiling fan plus installing a down light. Cost was very reasonable. It's hard to find trades with integrity and they just don't come better than this firm. Not only that they are really nice people. I will definitely go to them in the future.

It went fine. It was for eight hours of work and they charged four hours of their time for it. It didn't take that long but I still got a good deal out of it because it's a fixed amount of time. It was a good thing. They worked really good. I bought the part for him and he put in the system and it came out good. They brought two guys. They worked very efficiently. I didn't have them sit for eight hours. I go my money's worth out of the deal. It was a retro fit and they have this limited crawlspace.

Great. Very good to feel safe again.
