", thank you for the review. At the time I let you know how busy I was and you opted for the lower price to wait for my schedule rather than full price to get it done faster and I did the best I could in the time frame even going back and adjusting the doors again. And I will continue to go and adjust or do what I can to make my customers happy. Again Thank you for the review, Bruce"
"It was a pleasure to work with you and I look forward to helping with your future projects, I hope you are warmer with your new windows! Thank you, Bruce"
"Member, It was totally my pleasure working with you and your wife, you have a beautiful house and I am glad we added to it. We had to get very creative due to a variety of issues with the existing framing of the house and water damage, that is why 2 windows took 6 hours. I would rather spend the extra time making sure it is right, rather than slap it in and move to the next job. I appreciate your patience and stories! Bruce"
"Well, I do wish the member would have started with the “good” rather than the “bad”. I take my work personally, I quit installing for other companies because of how they treated customers. I do all I can to make sure my customers are completely satisfied before the final check is collected. Long story short, I did everything I could to take correct their issues by; as many punch lists and walk throughs as he wanted to do, I discounted the price, did addition free labor, uninstalled and re-installed both doors until he was satisfied. Then to make sure this doesn't happen again I fired the installer, instituted a training program (or the detailed way that I install) and over see every job. Again I apologize to him and the Mrs., I did all I could do and I my lifetime warranty still stands if you have any issues I will take care of them."
"Member, It is nice to work for someone who wants it done right and takes the time to interview different companies to make sure you are getting the best window and the best installation. This is for any potential customers who read this- Mario has a background in construction and is detailed oriented, he took the first day off work when he didn't have to and watched every step of my installation process. I enjoy showing how I install, the materials I use to give my promise you will not have, water or air leakage and not have to replace windows again. He referred me to a co-worker of his and I am glad to say she selected me to help her with her windows and patio door from the other estimates she received. Member, thanks again enjoy the Scotch!"
"Member, I am sorry you and Bob had to go through the delay of getting the wrong windows. But I am glad I could get you the right windows in such short notice and time frame. Best of luck with the rest of your project! Bruce"
"Member, Thank you so much for the second report and I am glad that you felt good enough to call us back to do more work, see you on the next phase!"
