We also provide quality service for customers on municipal water systems. I had been frustrated for many months with the quality of my well water. High iron and low pH levels were defeating my existing whole house water filtration system. I contacted several water filtration companies in the area before choosing MWS. After meeting with various water filtration companies it was obvious to me that MWS stood head and shoulders above their competitors. First, the co-owners are graduates of Georgia Tech’s engineering program. I appreciated their thorough and methodical approach to solving my water quality problem. Second, MWS has an office manager that is accessible, knowledgable and friendly. The co-owners and technical staff in the field were able to focus on the customer (me) with minimal interruption while the office manager handled customer calls, appointment scheduling, billing and other administrative tasks. I am satisfied thus far with my new system and will refer people to MWS in the future.

I thought I needed a filtration system but they said all I needed was a softening system and it's getting the job done. It's lovely. I called them. They said they needed to test the specimen to find out what I needed. I took a specimen to the office and they checked it. She confirmed with her boss. He called me and told me what I needed and how much it would cost. I said yes and they did it. The price was reasonable. The only problem is that they close at 4 or 4:30 in the afternoon. If you are out running errands, it's not one of those places that is open till 6.

Great - they were on time; did what they said they would do. All employees were knowledgeable about the products and services including Geneva who ran the office. They pretested my house and well water to recommend what would fit our needs and showed all tests - which were done at the house and results were shared immediately. Would use this company again and recommend them to anyone who needs house filtration and or water softening.

First of all, Jim and Steve have help many of my real estate clients in the past. And all the feedback I have ever received about them has been wonderful. <br /> They tested my water, made recommendations and installed the necessary equipment. They let me know that they were about 2 weeks out on installations. I explained to them that the house that needed the equipment was a vacation rental, the water smelled very bad and was only going to be unoccupied during the next few days. If they could not do the install in the next few days, we would be booked for the next couple months. So they fit me into their installation schedule for the next day. Amazing! <br /> They installed everything they promised! <br /> They did it when they said they would! <br /> They showed me how to use the equipment! <br /> It was the best experience I have ever had with any type of service provider! <br /> Great Job Guys! <br /> Thank you! <br /> Steve <br /> <br />

It went great. <br /> They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would and followed up a few days later. I dropped off a sample of the water yesterday (after a month) and got a call today that it tested exactly the way it should. Yay! <br /> Here's the best part: I had an estimate to fix this problem from our plumber, who misdiagnosed it because he didn't remove the filter valve to see that it was clogged and therefore didn't realize our water was essentially untreated. Because he assumed the filtration system was working and the water was still bad, he designed an elaborate upgrade system. His estimate was for a whopping $12,400!!!!! Steve Mayer and Jim Roberts saved us almost $12,000!!! <br /> They know water filtration systems because that is all they do. (Plumbers not so much). Jim and Steve immediately identified the problem and fixed it in half an hour. I raise a water glass to both of them. <br />

About a year ago or more, Jim determined we needed a extra water softer tank to keep the red out of our well water. We couldn't be happier with the job he continues to do for us. Everyone who works with him is professional, clean, efficient, and very personable. Can't say anything but praises for him. <br />
