We hired this company for full landscape renovation and full property line fence replacement for and we are thrilled with their work. Their price was very competitive and quality was as advertised. Highly recommend

Norberto helped me with 2 projects: replacing the chain-link fence with a wooden fence, and fix some of the old rotten posts and replacing some of the panel and trellis on the other side. Both of the projects were done on time with high quality.

Norberto Guevara is the owner of Mount Olive Construction. He is an honest, hard working young man with a crew to match. Everyone pitches in and does their best; no one is looking for a shortcut. The pride they all take in their work is a very nice change! I felt very fortunate to have them do a large landscaping job for me that produced excellent results. I have put off this project due to worry about finding a worthy contractor who was honest and had the expertise to work to my satisfaction. Please look no further than Mount Olive and Norberto when you seek professionalism and a work ethic that is admirable.

After extensive research and multiple interviews and quotes, I selected Mount Olive Landscape and Construction to replace my wood fence with a new composite (Trex) fence. Their price was competitive and their references all checked out. I’m so glad I selected this company. I am extremely pleased with the new fence. My fence installation had multiple challenges including: Part of the fence needed to be installed on an existing concrete retaining wall. Multiple grades were involved, A large cedar tree straddled the fence line. Some parts of the fence were curved at less than 90 degree angles. Multiple fence heights were involved. Norberto’s crew was up to each of these challenges. They know fences! If you’re in the market for a new fence, consider composite (Trex). Composite is more money than wood, but is well worth it in the long run. Then consider Mount Olive Landscape and Construction. I highly recommend Norberto and his crew. I think you’ll be pleased with the results for many (many) years.

They stabilize a bank with a retaining wall including drainage and then re-landscaping and and planting the shrubs, the big thing was stabilizing. The Hillside with the retaining wall. They were very professional and efficient and came in on budget they left my yard clean and did No damage they we're very careful not to damage my ornamentals and Roberto I think he is the manager he make sure to supervise everything.

They worked really hard to get my projects done. They were professional and charged nominal prices. Apart from that they were very keen on customer satisfaction.

Stone and gravel patio well constructed including retaining wall. Paver patio well constructed. Per customer request after contractor declared job finished, pavers joints were sealed with polymeric sand. Also customer had to request finishing transitions between retaining wall and pavers. In summary, contractor is excellent in construction techniques but needed some prompting to make clean, finishing touches. Good communication with customer. Completed job and is responsive to customer requests. Customer is very satisfied with end result.

This could not have been easier. Norberto and his crew were professional, effective communicators, and they really know what they are doing. They take pride in their work. If any of our other fences need replacing in the future, we will be calling them again!

The project was for installing a 25 feet long and 2 feet high retaining wall using manorstone blocks. The project was supposed to take 3 business days but it took a month and half to complete from the time the agreement was signed with the contractor. In the beginning of the project after we executed the agreement for the project, Mt. Olive Landscaping & Construction promised to complete the project in 3 business days. The project was not completed until ONE and HALF month later. I have never heard so many excuses for delays from a contractor like this one and I've hired many contractors in the past. They did not even know that they were supposed to have a City of Bellevue license in order to do any landscaping work in the city and get the approved permits issued to him. I had to hold his hands and tell him how to do his job when it comes to securing permits. I had to hound this contractor to keep the work going and for many days, I did not get any response from them despite multiple messages and phone calls. And to top it off, in the end, the contractor demanded MORE money than what was specified in the agreement because he apparently did not communicate with his materials supplier regarding the payments that I had already made to them to deliver the materials. In the end, the job was done but it was a very bad experience and I would NOT recommend hiring this contractor for any landscaping or construction project if you want the project to be completed in time.

We bought a 300 lb. fountain from Sky Nursery and needed a pick up and installation. Not so easy to find people that will do this for you! Norberto and his team from Mount Olive Landscaping did the pick up from the nursery, delivered and installed our new fountain with care. Running the wiring to house and set up took about three hours or so, and my husband and I were impressed with the level of professionalism they showed. We could not be more pleased with the results!

Norberto was very easy to work with and he did a great job with my back yard. I had some very strict timelines and work that needed to be completed around other trades (concrete). He exceeding my expectations on timelines and communicated progress along the way. I was pretty picky on the look/style of what I wanted and he was committed to doing whatever was needed to get my 100% approval. There we even a couple details that were not done to my approval the first time, but without any questioning Norberto took care of them right away. I believe this is very important when hiring someone because I have come across other contractors who try and argue or convince you otherwise so they don't have to redo the work. Norberto puts the customer 1st in wanting 100% satisfaction. His pricing was fair. I went had received other quotes on the same job and he was right in the middle. The lower priced contractors I did not get a very good feel that they knew what they were doing. I was recommend Norberto and his crew!

Norberto and his crew were hard workers till the job was complete. He installed a French drain, performed lawn aeration, over seeding, lawn leveling, and spreading top soil over the lawn. Serviced 3/23/2020

Norberto is an extremely hard working and conscientious young man. He removed a 35 year old lawn and put in a new lawn last May. He also fixed the existing sprinkler system. Norberto is extremely friendly and easy to work with. He checked back several times during the summer and returned to re-seed a few problem areas and fertilize. Lawn looks great and I wish I could post a photo.
