My entire experience with Move Buddies was excellent. They were able to accommodate my move schedule, arrived on time, brought the necessary equipment and completed the move in a timely manner. My furniture was fully wrapped to prevent damage. The movers were friendly and very professional. We moved out of a huge apartment building and the freight elevator and loading dock was almost 2 blocks away. I discussed the need for carts and dollies with the person who booked the move and the movers came with everything they needed to complete the move in a timely manner. Although we were paying by the hour, we did not think that there was any unnecessary delays. Very satisfied and would hire them again!

I used Move Buddies because of their great reviews, that is why I feel like I should post this review. So, first of all - they gave me a 2 hour window for the guys to be there, which was from 8am to 10am, the first appointment of the day. They showed up at 10:20. Also, my “moving Coordinator”, Chris, who had been so courteous when he was trying to book my business, was off and completely unavailable the day of my actual move.Secondly, these guys were the absolute SLOWEST movers I have ever used, and I have moved quite a bit. However, they were polite and my furniture got in to my new house, so Iet it go. (Let me also say this was not some major move. We had no appliances and we sold a bunch of furniture before the move to a new house, 5 miles away from our old house) So the guys took much longer than I was quoted and I had to pay an extra 2-300 dollars. Lastly, and the final straw was that the guys put my bed together wrong (they admitted to this) and the bed completely broke the next day. Broke, as in, it’s not fixable. Getting hold of them after this Point was a complete nightmare. They eventually sent someone to fix it (with what looks like wood glue), but telling that story would be even longer than this story. Luis, who ended up helping us is their only saving grace. This company cares about nothing other than getting your money. I think they must pay for these good reviews, because my experience was absolutely terrible.

Great job, very professional men (Larry and Robert), on time, efficient, and worked none stop. The only glitch was the temporary helper who lacked training in loading, but that problem was soon taken care off. I had great communication with the head office. This company appears very well organized with emails, calls, and texts. Attractive truck, too.

Hard working, good team. They did a nice job. No move has ever been perfect, but this team was careful with my stuff and move fast.

Took a lot of precautions to protect furniture. Very organized in how they approached the job. They did a great job fitting everything in the storage unit without any damage. I don't know how they did it! Very professional and hard-working. We will be calling them in 6 months for our next move!

Move Buddies has wonderful customer service! Our Moving Consultant John B. was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient! John provided all the info we needed to make an educated decision on selecting a moving company. Because of John's customer service skills and knowledge, we decided to have Move Buddies perform the work for us. The loading was done at a good hour to accommodate a 400 mile drive. The two movers, Larry and Robert (I believe), were excellent workers! They worked efficiently and were well organized! They did a fantastic job! The belongings were moved into the new apartment the following day as agreed upon. We would definitely do business again with Move Buddies. Thank you John, James, Larry and Robert for a job well done! Shipping boxes are available so discuss charges with Move Buddies as the cost can add up depending on your belongings and which boxes you need.

There was some damage, but they made it right. They made an exceptional effort. In the end, we were pleased and would hire them again.

I scheduled an appraisal for the move of part of my in-law's estate 3 weeks in advance. On day of appointment, the appraiser was a "no show." When I called, I was told they didn't have the appointment in their records. We worked out a date for the pack and the crew showed up 3.5 hours after the outside of the time frame given. On delivery day, the team slid boxes and furniture on my engineered wood floors scraping them - this couldn't be repaired. They provided some compensation for the replacement of the floors. Several pieces of crystal (including Waterford) and porcelain (including Capodimonte) were chipped/broken. The packing team even used some of the fine Italian linens to wrap the crystal/porcelain! It took over 3 months to work out the claim cos of the frequent change in customer service representatives.

This is the second time we used MoveBuddies. They are a top notch company with excellent employees. Our crew, Eric and Chauncey, were professional, experienced movers. The move went exactly as planned. The timeline agreed to was followed to the letter. We would definitely use them again. We highly recommend MoveBuddies.

It went great. The crew was on time, actually early, and they knocked out the job in two hours. And the unit was on the third floor!

They were wonderful. They arrived right on time and were ready to work. They took care of all of our things, covering all furniture with moving blankets or plastic wrap. Everything made it from one place to another in great condition. The would absolutely use them again!!

It went very well! I was very happy with the internal staff (Hunter Grooms) as well as the movers. They were organized, friendly, helpful, competent and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Move Buddies Washington Moving Labor Services! My experience with this moving company was fantastic. Larissa the office manager was very helpful in answering all of my questions and I really appreciated the fact that he always responded very quickly if I left a message. He was also very professional and called me the next day after my move to make sure that I had a pleasant experience and that everything was to my satisfaction. Not many companies take the time to do that and I really appreciated it because it shows that they actually care. All three of the movers were great, but one definitely stood out as exceptional and that was Antonio. He worked quickly and very hard. He was great at taking apart any furniture that needed to be taken apart to maximize space in the moving truck. He was very careful with all of my belongings, using sheets, towels and moving blankets to protect as well as possible. Also, he really knew what he was doing as far as directing the other two guys with the best way to stack the furniture to get it to all fit and be as stable and secure as possible. When we arrived at my storage unit, nothing had shifted in the 26' moving truck. Antonio was again on top of his game when it came to unloading everything and making it all fit into my unit and even having a walkway through the center of everything. Amazing job and I am very pleased! Everyone was nice and attentive and had a great sense of humor. Moving can be such a stressful situation and hiring a wonderful company such as Move Buddies can make everything so much better. The bottom line is: I will definitely be calling this company again in the future when I am moving out of my storage unit. 5 stars all around. I couldn't have had much better of an experience. If you are capable of renting your own truck and just need the muscle to move your belongings, this is the company to use! Call them, you won't be disappointed!!!

The enitre move was seamless. We had things going to the Goodwill, the dump and a storage unit. Brett, Jeremy and the other quiet guy, came in and made sure the enitre project was organized from the start. Both of the movers worked very hard through out the day in making sure that nothing went to the wrong spot, (which was one of my main worries that I expressed to them). Everything came out great, the house looks ready to sell and hopefully we will be calling Move Buddies back shortly looking to schedule a new move.

They gave us an 8:00-9:00 a.m. window to start, and they arrived right at 9:00. Two guys and a 26-foot truck. I was very skeptical that they could fit everything into that one truck, but they DID IT! It was full to the brim, front to back, bottom to top, but they got it all in. Although we had everything boxed up and ready to go, it took until almost 3:00 to get it all loaded. They did not take a single break until they were on the road to Jacksonville. Got there right before 6:00 p.m., unloaded everything, setup the furniture, and then delivered the remaining items to the second location. Didn't leave to go back to Savannah until about 10:00. They were SO friendly and worked tirelessly to meet our needs. They charged $85 for the extra stop, but it was SO worth it! I would DEFINITELY recommend Move Buddies for your next move!!!
