My move was from one unit to another unit within the same building. The processes for this move including explanation of services, quoting, and communication of the logistic staff with me was transparent. For the actual move, the moving team of 3 (Gerson, Wilfredo, and Javo) arrived on time, brought needed supplies (boxes, wrapping, dolly) and completed the work quickly and proficiently. The movers were receptive to execute instructions and did so well. They were kind and pleasant with their interaction with me. The quoted cost was reasonable and met. I would hire this team and company again without hesitation. Thank you.

Moving is rarely something anyone looks forward to but my move with this company has changed my dim outlook for the better.. The movers showed up on time, greeted me warmly and explained the entire process. They were experienced professionals who knew what to pack & how to pack it. They took extra care with my fragile pieces. Then stored my things in a very organized manner….very good with space utilization. For once, I wasn’t anxious or exhausted during or after the move. They exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be using Movers On the Way again.

Great movers. They were careful, efficient, polite, friendly, punctual and professional. They packed and moved the contents of our 4,000 sf house on two days, with a 3 hour drive from one house to the other. I particularly liked how they protected both floors and walls! I would use them again.

What a terrific moving company! I have had numerous moves over many years and this has been the easiest, most accommodating team. I had a very precious grandfather clock along with a restored Edison, antique secretary and several pieces of art. They carefully wrapped all items, disassembled and reassembled the clock and could not have been nicer. When my moving date changed due to delays in our renovation, they were terrific in accommodating my revised schedule.

I will never ever use this company ever again. They were just definitely one time customer service from the manager and from the two moving people if I call and told you that I have a two bedroom living room Donna room kitchen you sent two people to move all that stuff and you gave me a flat fee of one I mean $580 When I got there the price went out no unacceptable when they move my stuff they said it in the garage at the new place and would not bring it upstairs and also did not take all the furniture out the other house and charge me $725. I had to pay another truck to get the rest of the stuff out the old house to bring to the new house now I still have to pay someone to bring all the stuff from the garage upstairs to my new place. The may not laugh out. Poor dam job don?t like it at all never ever again

"Hi Kia We have a meeting with all the staff that was involved on your move and review all the emails and conversations. your estimate was base in the amount of stuff you provide over the phone (king mattress ,2 nights stand 1 dresser and 20 boxes that you need to have ready to go , ) the team repack and seal those boxes also you have more items and we have a video of this and is not reflecting what you describe in the original estimate in the estimate is very clear that we charge base in hourly rate the team told you that we can move everything and put things in place but you refuse so you told to unload in the garage. you have the estimate way ahead of time and the sales person review with you and you agree we work with you on this we not charge you all the hours that my team was there on top of that we give you and extra discount I invite you to review your estimate again and you'll see there is nothing in there that say flat rate also the amount of items is way different compare of what you have in 2 br apartment feel free to reach out to us if you like to talk with our complaint department"

This was my first major move cross country ( Maryland to Georgia) and I was nervous having heard a lot about the angst of moving companies. The first thing I did was downloaded Angi’s app. When I got the list of recommendations and asked them the same set of questions but only Moversonthe way offered to come to my place and take an inventory of what needed to be moved. Mr. David came at the appointed time, took stock and within an hour got a quote. The estimated quote was the final and actual price for the transaction writing in black and white. Made the initial down payment on Saturday. On Tuesday the guys were at my place to bag and pack my stuff , paid half of the moving cost. I drive down to Georgia on Thursday night by Saturday’s morning got a call they were an hour out. By 6pm all my stuff were delivered and set up in good condition. Paid the balance. Could have asked for a better company to do business. From Jose, Louis, David and the customer service team it was excellent.
