I never received all my boxes. There was one box in particular that contained personal letters from my Dad to my Mom from 60 years of correspondence (both have passed away); my birth certificate, social security card, current vehicle pink slip, death certificates of my parents and my younger brother (who passed just last September unexpectedly). Tax returns, work payroll receipts.

Starting from the scheduling of the move, it was made easy and the process was fast. The move itself was all done within the 12 hrs. The crew were friendly and very focused. Even when there were some complications on my end, they adjusted quickly! I would highly recommend them.

From booking my move through paying after it was completed, Moving APT was an absolute pleasure to deal with! When I called to hire Moving APT, they picked the call, answered all of my questions, and gave me a very reasonable quote. They were extremely prompt and responsive to all of my emails as my moving date approached. On moving day, the two movers were right on time! Most of my things were packed and wrapped to go, but I let them wrap my dressers. They loaded everything into their truck with care and speed. They met me at my new address and used the same care and speed to unload everything. After they finished moving everything, they were able to process a credit card payment for the move right there. The whole move took a lot less time than I'd expected. I highly recommend Moving APT!

This was our second time using Moving APT and both times the experience went very smoothly and stress free. The crew were great!! They packaged and delivered our furniture carefully but also completed the job in the time we were quoted for. The office staff was also very pleasant and helpful from the start.
