It took a 2 man crew 7 1/2 hours to move my 2 bedroom apartment 1 block away. My family pitched in and helped move the furniture. My family put furniture together for the crew. I repeatedly called the office during the move as the crew was rude and constantly on breaks. No one returned my calls. I had grease stains on both ends of my white couch from the truck. I called the office repeatedly Monday. Finally received an email (not a call) from them. The movers told their boss my elevator kept breaking down. It did not!!! I was there. This is not an honest company. You would be better off renting a U-Haul and doing it yourself.

It was an awful experience. Overall, poor service, untrained movers, bad estimates of move price and timing, crew shows up late, they destroy your property and your home, and they follow through with unethical business policy/practice from their rude, and abrasive owner. Don't be fooled when Derek Shaw (owner) tells you he puts the customer/client first. I am left feeling like his absolute last priority. His crew of "movers" turned out to be literally anyone who he could get to help him that weekend. I don't think any one of them was employed as a "mover". Two of the men who were moving us got into and argument and one of them threatened to call the police on the other one. As a team, they absolutely trashed both by my old residence and my new residence (over $4,000 worth of damage done) and they broke or damaged about 10% of our family's furniture/belongings. You never expect perfection with a move, but this company has a focus to highlight how truly bad a move can be. Further, even having acknowledged they have damaged your belongings and trashed your homes, they demand payment before leaving! Derek will tell you that in order to be compensated for damage you must submit a claim within 10 days. Having now been through the claims process, I now know that it's a complete farce. Derek takes about 3 weeks for he, himself to adjudicate your claim and craft an email response to deny any wrongdoing quoting his "movers rights and responsibilities" clause of the online click-through agreement that you must acknowledge in order to sign his estimate and get on the schedule. I will never do business with this company again, and I don't imagine it'll be around very long given the way it's being run.

We had a really bad experience with them. They were not very professional. This guy just dumped everything in the truck. They were not tied, so we had a lot of damage to the furniture just because he didn't put any padding or wrap it. They said they would. They came to bowling green and he wanted us to help him unload because he didn't have a helper. Why would we want movers if we were going to unload our stuff? He did rip a couch by lifting it too high in the line. The hardware of the line ripped our upholstery of the couch. We had way bad experience with them. I packed everything into boxes. They guy showed up without any of the supplies, and said he is an extremely good packer. That there wouldn't be any damage. When he puts it in, we just believed him. He put it in and when he dealt with it,one of my bookshelves was broken and my kid's table. It had very bad damage, like scratches and damage on the table, and he ripped one of my couches. They failed to put up all the promises they did, but they did show up on time. Something they could do better is just be more diligent about understanding that personal stuff should be handled like you would handle your personal furniture not like it's a job that needed to be done. If they would pack what they said they would pack, things wouldn't get damaged. They weren't very responsive, I had to call them a million times.

The three "Proz" tackled it expertly and got it up and through the second story door in less than fifteen minutes. Well worth the cost! How they are at moving people's belongings across town or wherever, I don't know.

Though I didn't find out until they arrived that it would take two days to complete the work they were responsive, respectful, careful and communicative with me about the process. We had NO damages to any items that were moved.

We bought a VERY tall wall mirror for our living room with vaulted ceilings. It weighed about 150 pounds and is about 10' tall, 6' wide and needed to be hung about 15' from the floor. After trying to do it myself (which you can imagine didn't go well) my wife and I called to see if they could come put it up for us. We had company coming in town in a couple days and my wife really wanted to up before they came. Moving Proz was able to accommodate our short window and got it done quickly and easily. They were also very courteous and would recommend.

They were very courteous and took great care with all of her furniture and belongings. They wrapped everything and boxed it. Nothing was broken or damaged. They were also priced lower than other bids we had received. We will definitely be using their services again!

I had Andrew when I used them before, the operations manager in charge of my job, and if you go with Moving Proz you absolutely have to ask for Andrew. He works hard to not waste time, very efficient use of space, and uses a lot of it by listening. I just moved to my new house and I used them for that. I asked for Andrew and I didn't get him and the guy I got was not nearly as organized, not nearly as efficient, and the bill ended up being bigger than it should have been because he used more time than he should've.

Moving Proz is who I chose for my local move. I have had to move twice in the last 4 years. I had a terrible experience the first time and was dreading this move. Spending money on moving wasn't something I wanted to do the first time & I went with a less expensive online quote that turned into an expensive disaster. I was referred to Moving Proz by a friend from work. My biggest regret is that I didn't use Moving Proz the first time. Here is why my experience was so different. <br> <br>The owner, Derek came to my home for a consultation and estimated the cost. He was spot on. The price didn't change when the movers were done. He looked at what I had and I was able to let him know what I was selling & getting rid of. He provided me with insight on how to prepare things prior to the movers coming. I had 2 pieces of custom artwork that I was very worried about and during my consultation I was able to ask questions about how they would be protected and not damaged. He also offered me a packing service. My personality is a bit controlling/OCD and I didn't think the packing service was something I would like so I opted to not do that. As the move got closer and my job/family life became more hectic, I went for it and added the packing service. It was <i> amazing</i>. I was so happy I saved the time. Not having to spend hours wrapping my dishes in tissue paper was like a dream! They had huge garment boxes and it took minutes to unload the closets (far from my last move loading clothes in my car with hangers falling everywhere). His men properly covered my wood floors so nothing got scratched. Andrew was the mover in charge and he had the guys pack the truck like a Tetrus game so that everything fit perfectly and made it to my new townhouse without damage. The move was so much easier than my first experience and Andrew and his guys were so nice!!!!. Moving is obviously not something anyone looks forward too and being a single mom it can be even more intimidating. Doing this move "on my own" with the help of Moving Proz gave me a new sense of "Girl Power"!!!! I am happy to say that myself, my 2 kids, and our 2 cats are loving our new townhouse!

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. I have moved across the country and back and did not have any major issues either time. I was unable to get hold of the movers the morning of the move. I had tried the day before to confirm time of the move and did not get a response. When I finally was able to speak to someone, they said they would contact the movers to see what the hold up was. They were almost 3 hours late. They did not have any wrapping materials and only a few moving blankets in their rented vans. I was promised a crew of 5 with two trucks and got 4 men. It was apparent that only one had any prior experience. The move itself took almost 10 hours when I had most everything dismantled and most boxes were in the garage. After getting into my storage units after the move, I have noticed that many of my things were scratched or damaged. They did not put any padding between pieces of wood furniture (and metal objects) either in the truck or the storage unit. I was told I needed to ask for pads etc. when I set up the move. This is ridiculous!! One would assume this is part of any moving company's normal process. I was also told that they did not have any straps and were unable to move my two large flat screen TV sets (I had them boxed). Wow! It is probably better that I moved them myself. I had done a walk through with someone from the company prior to the move and they were included in my inventory. I would strongly encourage you to find another mover if you value your belongings.

Horrible. They overcharged me. They took twice as long. The guys were always joking around. Very unprofessional. They broke my coffee table and they told me that insurance would take care of that, but the insurance did not.

My wife and I hired Moving Proz to assist us move all of our "big" stuff including tables, chairs, shelves, couches, beds, and a piano, etc to our new home. We originally thought there would be 3 movers, but 2 guys show up on time. You could tell these guys had done this kind of work once or twice. The 2 movers got everything out of our townhouse and into our new home under 4 hours. Also, the cost was HALF what we originally thought we were going to pay which was a pleasant surprise. <br /> <br /> I would definitely recommend Moving Proz for any move that you'd like to have complete.

"We cannot give the customer a full refund due to the fact that work was performed. Furniture is insured at .60 cents per pound unless the customer wants to purchase full valuation coverage which is at an additional cost. In this particular circumstance she denied additional coverage. According to or end of job inspection sheet and end of job survey she was very happy giving the crew a 5 out of 5 for crew professionalism, work ethic, and her overall satisfaction. She also signed and agreed at the walk through stating that there were no damages to her furniture. With that being said she did mention the table on the front of the supervisor packet. Moving Proz agrees to have this item repaired by our furniture repair specialist sense it was addressed at the end of job damage inspection. We would also like to apologies for any inconveniences or stress this service may have caused her. With that being said Moving Proz will send her a visa cash card with $100 dollars on it in good faith."
