Mow 2 Mow

They did a great job!  They put bricks around my fence and covered it with wood chips. As well as planted several plants around my yard.  They also cleaned up everything when they were finished.

The work was done immediately.  We were in process of putting our house on the market.  The lawn looked excellent shortly after Mow 2 Mow performed work.  The house sold quickly. <br />

It was great and they did a great job. The technician was very good. They got the job done in a couple of hours.

I contacted them for several months trying to follow up so that I could purchase more. Never received a response. A year later, I'm hoping to hire someone to implement the solutions we discussed. Those that I can remember. Too bad. Very nice.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. They were more focused with selling a product than doing the sprinklers. They did do a couple of heads but I wasn't real thrilled with the way they fixed one but it is what it is. They did one of the heads below the ground at the edge of my driveway and I wasn't happy with it. It should have been done differently. It took them a long time to come out and do the job because they were a distance away and their schedule was really full. It was one reason after another. There were no additional charges. He had the personality that it was all about him so I walked away and let my husband deal with him. They do yard service and I asked him about that. He pretty much told me straight up that he wouldn't consider doing it because it was too far. He's been in business for a while and I'm sure he has a prospering service for the area that he is in. My mother and I both used him for our sprinklers. I wouldn't use him again.

Weed & Feed applications

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and I thought it cost a little more than it should have, that's why I did not buy any more. The guy that came out was nice and personable, but I don’t think it really helped my yard any. I should have bought a bag of fertilizer myself for about $40. They didn’t do anything for my yard.

Robert's crew arrived on time and then planted and mulched all 7 plants for me.  The planting did require quite a bit of work clearing out old roots from the trees and bushes these plants were replacing. The work was well done and they cleaned up the areas when they were done.  I also had them remove an old gas lantern which needed to come out of the back yard. <br />

My husband dealt with them. I honestly do not know what he thought. The only thing I know about that is that they came out very late after I bought that deal. By the time they even came out, there was no point in using that coupon. They did do the services but by then, the yard was already past the point where it needed it. Their punctuality was very low. My husband has more details on it but just from what I hear, I would not recommend them. I do not think that we spent any extra other than the big deal. They came out a couple of month later after I purchased the deal. I would probably not use them again in the future.

The visit to do the analysis was good.  No problems.  Follow-up to perform the needed work never happened. <br />

<p>Mow2Mow first came out on Friday, April 12, 2013 and applied the weed killer.  We were charged for the deal on April 13.  However, we never received the fertilizer treatment.  After realizing this we began contacting Robert via email and phone.  I waited to contact Mow2Mow because I thought that perhaps the fertilizer treatment would be coming along in a few weeks.  But our lawn just looked worse as the summer progressed...so I decided to give Robert of Mow2Mow a call to inquire about the situation.  He promised to call back, which he did in a few days and stated that indeed the fertilizer treatment hadn't been applied...but someone would come out on Saturday, August 3 and apply the fertilizer, and as a goodwill gesture also apply a treatment to improved the soil.  But nobody showed up...so I called on August 9, and he said Rocky would come out between 9AM-10AM to apply the treatment on August 10...but no one came during that time.  So I decided to go ahead and write and submit our review.  Now...later today(Saturday) between 3PM and 4PM, a representative of Mow2Mow did indeed come out and apply fertilizer and the soil treatment as promised.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> So in the end, things worked out.  We do believe that Robert tried to fix the problem after he was contacted and we appreciate that.  It would have been great, however, not to have to have had the problem in the first place.  </p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

Difficulties with scheduling, punctuality, unprofessional attitude and performance of services. <br />

For the price of the deal it was a great offer.  To do it on my own it would have been more expensive. <br /> <br />

Take to the man and asked him to install new sod, never heard from him again. I tried to call and leave him messages. He never responded. <br /> <br />
