I've been using the company for about four or five years, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.  Scheduling and communicating is usually pretty easy, and they consistently do a good job.

The service is fine.  Four to five people come out and it takes them 45 minutes to complete the work.  They clean up very well.  I would say they do a good job.

These guys were just a delight to work with. They were punctual, hard-working, humorous, and flexible. They did a great job cleaning out flower beds, cleaning and trimming the lawn, and loading in fresh mulch for all of the gardens. They were just terrific and I'd recommend them to anyone. <br />

It's pretty good but the in terms of the coupon they gave, it just didn't work out the way it supposed to be.

They were great!  We didn't have to be home and the job was completed in the timeframe.  Wonderful people to work with. <br />

Their service is good. They are very reliable and do exactly what they say they. The price is reasonable for the quality of the work.

Really nice but there was miscommunication. Removed plant that can't be replaced. Did some damage to a plant.

I purchased the big deal in Jan'13 for 4 hrs of labor for yard cleanup. Contacted Mark several times to give me an estimate for tree removal as well. It took months for him to finally come and give me an estimate and then the coupon deal was about to expire and I requested my money back if he was not able to do the work. He finally contacted me and did the work. The work that was done was not what was quoted to me. He pulled out the shrubs in front but never cleaned the bed as promised. I requested that the tree stump be grounded which he never did. He said his grinder was broken and would come back, but never did. Branches on a few other trees were to be removed, and was not going to be done but  luckily I was there and asked why ....Mark was very polite but I will not use his services again. <br />

It went well, although I guess I wa unclear about the way to do it. I was in a hurry though because we had company coming. I would hire them again and take more time to make sure they know what I want. They did do it on a deadline and fast. Great, professional, and friendly service. <br />

We were very pleased with the work that was performed. We had several large trees removed. Large limbs removed of many others. Several trees shaped up and the dead removed. So pleased with the tree work. We requested a little landscaping work to be done. A couple of areas that were beds returned back to grass. They did a great job cleaning out and reseeding these areas. We decided on a little stone work to help with a drainage issue. They completed that and we could not be happier. It took two day for all the tree work. Impressed with the clean up/ You would never know they were here..except my trees look better:)Will definitely use them again. They perform several different services/ hope to use them for other work. Highly recommend. <br />

I used the big deal coupon and bought more so he could trim more trees.   Did great job and cleaned up afterward and knowledgeable of what trees need.   Will use him again <br />

Mow Nashville trimmed some large Holly trees in which a bucket truck was needed to do the job properly.  They did an excellent job as the trees look better than ever.  They did such a great job that I plan to hire them to trim all of my shrubbery in the future. <br />

They are great. Mark is the head of the company and has always been very punctual and done great work.

Mark is so busy, it was initially difficult to get in touch with him.  However, it was WELL worth the wait.  They did a fabulous job and his pricing is very competitive.  He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable.  I will be using him on a regular basis. <br />

Mow Nashville is quite busy so it took a while to make an appointment, The weather did not help either because of constant rain and we had to reschedule several times. However, once Mark and his helper arrived the work went well. He had done work for us before so there was not much talking to do. They did what we asked them to do and did it well. Mark is knowledgeable and is always ready to give advice about gardening and landscaping challenges. <br />

Excellent experience.   Arrived this morning as he said he would.   Had one helper with him.  They worked about 7 hours and were friendly, professional, answered all my questions, were not bothered by me constantly going outside to see how things were going.  I added a tree and he added that at very reasonable cost.  They cleaned up very well, and IO have re-hired him to come back and do 3 more trees in the back next week.  HIGHLY recommend. <br />

Mow Nashville does an excellent job in everything they do.   Our lawn is professionally done, and our yard was perfect when they mowed the lawn and trimmed the shrubs.  They do an amazing job.  They are absolutely the best lawn service that we have ever had (and we have had a lot of lawn services).  <br /> My neighbor has decided to give them a call to get them to trim her shrubs since she saw what a good job they did on mine. <br /> <br />

I liked the fact that he came and did it,  he came out when he said he would. The job that he did was reasonable. <br /> <br /> But what I don't like is he needed to specify more what he covers - what is considered, in that situation when he gets out there - how do I know what three hundred dollars worth of work is?  There's no way for me to quantify, other than you telling me it's three hundred dollars worth of work. There's no way for me to get a good warm and fuzzy.  I'm thinking in my mind, three hundred dollars? That's a lot of work. You come and cut down one of the trees, that's your deal. Just more info about what expectations are. <br />

Work on the beds was poorly done.  There is no mulch. <br />
