very friendly and professional, however flashing around one of the vents was still leaking. not detected in inspection.

Schedule and arrived on time after calling to confirm time. Very professional and friendly. Replaced a few shingles and inspected the entire roof.

Great at first, then as time went on tardiness set in. His workers waited for him as well. Missed days with not even contacting. Then we would get a message (headed your way...........only to be waiting until the next day or the day after. I understand problems and other jobs. Don't lie to me. I had other projects for them, but, I'll use other contractors.

It was difficult to get the quote. However, since that was settled they scheduled quickly. Job was completely efficiently. The crew worked very hard.

They were quite busy. Once we were able to agree on something they got out there the next week and took care of it in two days. We explained that we were on a budget and needed to get these repairs done in order to get coverage from our new insurance. Everything was taken care of and the work looks great. Pictures were taken before during and after which we liked because we were not ale to get on top of the roof.

I guess the work was done fine. It was a little inconvenient. They re-scheduled about two or three times before they finally came out. The challenge was timing and communication. I advise that they improve on their scheduling. We would use them again. I would use them again.

I just finished paying for it. There was an additional fee charged. As far as communication, they stunk, as far as scheduling, they weren't very good, as far as the work, the work was good. The price was good. The original agreement, it was a special, was $1250. I asked them to do a couple of additional things and charge me $300 more. The total was $1550. They were unresponsive and didn't show up when they were supposed to, up to and including the repair work. They needed to communicate better. Only when I got Angie's List involved was the communication improved. I believe this was further out than they had originally planned on covering. So their coverage area was too far for them to drive and I don't think they were too thrilled about the type of work, but once they did, the work was okay. Once they came out, they were professional and courteous and took care of everything. Then when they finally came back to clean out, it took them over a week or a week and a half to do that. They cleaned up and everything was okay. I'm satisfied with the work, but it was too much of a pain in the neck. I wouldn't go through it again.

They never showed up for an estimate, nor responded to calls and emails. But called once and left a message maybe 4 weeks later. They shouldn't advertise if they cannot meet demand. I had the fee credited back to my account. Very disappointed.

they got it done in half the day. They cleaned up all of their mess and did an amazing job! I will definitely be calling them in the future for all of our remodeling needs.

The service went pretty well. He was a very nice guy. He got up there and did a pretty thorough job, but he was a little late. That was the only issue I think we had with him, but he got the job done. He did not find anything that he needed to charge us extra for.

I’m not sure how much my mother paid, but the service was performed in a timely manner & all problems were either fixed or reported.

Miguel came out, got to work, showed us all spots that needed help via picture, gave us a recap of everything he did, cleaned up all mess & left us with a maintained roof.

Everyone on time, worked efficiently, answered my questions, work with us as we had to pull permits and overall, a very good experience.

Had trouble connecting due to angle's list platform changes but once connected scheduled Appt. notified running late (traffic)- very nice, professional, through including prefaces and details.

Came on time, did the job, inspected.

He arrived, inspected roof, made repairs, showed me a few spots around the house that looked bad, but he explained that it was cosmetic and at this time no further repairs are needed.
