THE WORST CREW and LEADERSHIP I have ever experienced in my entire life by leaps and bounds. Mason Powell came twice on a 30 day suppose to be finished, so I can move my family in project he promised he could do. FAILED BAD. First time He came he shows me a picture of his lady and him at the lake and says this is what I did this weekend. The whole time I stressed that weekend and months to follow. He took advantage of a senior citizens ,my mom,and lied over and over. I have been around job sites 20 years. For a present my mom paid for a bunch of things to be done by MPS Home Solutions, at my first home I have ever had . 1910 home at the coast,neat hard food floors,needs outside painted,inside,hardwood floor repair,and refinished,plus and exterior window installation and repaired. Plus a lot of small repairs.My wife , and 11 year old and me. Crazy,to much to list of a nightmare. Crew comes 1 day late,I have to supply them tools to work .One guy comes ,no crew,with his girlfriend and starts in my house,keeps asking me if I'm going to be there later over and over. Tries to rush everything. Didn't follow order of procedure . First you clean exterior of house ,5in1,pressure wash,bondo,primer,paint. This was never finished,the bondo that was applied is wrong direction of the woodgrain ,not sanded,overspray on roof Windows ,pipes,everything! Paint not finished and Less than 1 year paint already falling off. This was top of the line paint too! They did finish and used twice as much as a bad crew would use. Inside not finished. Had to get 2 crew to come,runs everywere. They painted 4 hours maybe. This was the 4th weekend. 1 crew did things like spray,drip run paint over the entire house,over 54 hours of just paint clean up from me. They trashed the place. Did irreplaceable damage to boards pressure washing,NAILED BOARDS INTO PLACE WRONG AND LITERALLY LEFT BEND NAILS . LIKE 2" IN AND BENT OVER NAILS! !! You can't picture what a train wreck this was. The whole time I have a deadline to move in and move out of another. Moving is stressful enough on its own. Last draw was beer cans left at my house. I had t o tell them to leave . I had 2 days to move in. This house was suppose to be painted inside and out and buy thing was fix the holes in the hard wood floor and refinish it. This process has to sit a second before you can walk on it. Over $11,000 Dollars my mom gave them and I have a window not put in,exterior wall exposed covered with plastic ,I put up,bent nails ,holes in my floor,zero work on my floors,in fact 54 hours the wrong direction on them. Paint job bad,I had to finish staining decks, and I'm going to have to finish all of it my self. There is so much they did wrong that I hadn't written.This group will strike again. Your rolling the dice with Mason Powell and his communication "expert" Jeff.

Repaired kitchen living room flooring and encapsulated crawlspaceThe carpenters were good however Mason Powell only showed up two times on the project and that was to collect money he promised he would be there almost every day to supervise the work he is not rated or does not have a license to encapsulate crawlspace and their work was utterly a disaster I had to repair and replace all of the work they did in my crawlspace by myself at an additional cost of $1800 I am currently in the process of a lawsuit against this contractor

Finished but didn’t removed old insulation. The sprayed protection coating is spilled out on outside vents

The painters were very diligent in their work,taking no lunch break at all. They did not waste any time and worked late into the afternoon to complete the work. We are very satisfied with their work and with the price.

They are very good people and very good to deal with. I would rate them very highly.

It was very positive experience! They were very professional, showed up on time, and did the job to our satisfaction. There was a spot that my wife noticed needed touched up but they came right back out within an hour and fixed it with no problems. I would highly recommend them!
