The hot water was turned off. I was told that in order for the machine to work properly thebhot water valve had to be opened. $99.00 for the service call,$59.00 to tell me to turn on the hot water valve and use less soap. No physical work done at all. Huge rip off. Never ever use them again.

very well. Problem was diagnosed and total price was disclosed after diagnosis. My only reservation was he asked for full price in advance. I offered $100 against a $175. total bill. He was ok with that, so I gave him $100 and paid the balance when he returned with the part and installed it. Now that I/m familiar with him, if I have to use him again, I will not have any concerns about paying the full price in advance.
