They came several times and we ordered expensive parts twice.  Repairs not effective.  Now they will not return to fix or even answer our calls or emails. <br />

<p>Started out great, with a confirmation email the night before with a picture of the service person, but quickly went south once they took my microwave back to their shop.  Service person indicated would be fixed and returned within a week.  After a week sent an email asking for status and received no response.  Then called their Customer Service number for a status and they couldn?t give me one, said they would have someone get back to me, they didn?t.  Called 3 more times asking to speak to the supervisor, wasn?t available, said they would have him call me, he didn?t.  Then threatened to call every hour until supervisor called back, took about 3 more times before he did and he had no information on my microwave.  Explained my frustration of service taking so long and inability to get status, and asked for a loaner but was not given one.  After two weeks in the shop they finally diagnosed the problem, ordered and received parts but wouldn?t even expedite the repair, took an additional week to repair and return to me. <strong> </strong><strong>3 weeks from removal to return of my microwave, especially without status updates, is unacceptable.   Not the way to do business.</strong> </p> <br />

Have used Mr Appliance in the past but unfortunately they seem to suggest the most costly option to repir instead of trying to fix the one component.  As the tech explained, these days the components can not be purchased separately so its not really their fault.  Ultimately my stylish dryer was not repaired, I purchased an old school, non-pedestal type that is much easier and less costly to service should the need arise in the future.
