Very disappointed with the service from Mr. Appliance. Our dryer has been broken for over three weeks and we have schedule three different appointments with Mr. Appliance. Each time, the appointment window came and went and then we learned that the appointment time had been moved to another day after calling. Our third scheduled service has come and gone with no information from the company. On top of that, the parts they order cost a significant amount more than they would from another business. Move on, you do not want to hire Mr. Applicance of Dayton.

Technician was knowledgeable and conscientious. Really worked to find the best and most economical solution. Ultimately we needed a new circuit board. Machine works better than the day we bought it.
