Took 3-4 weeks before the parts came in. The company never contacted me about the back order. Once the tech finally came bk he told me that the motor in the chute was rusted due to water spilling out of ice maker and I would have to purchase a new motor. Tech eventually got the old motor working but 2 weeks later the ice chute stop working again. Called company bk and tech stated that I needed a new motor which he should have diagnosed with the initial diagnoses and I would have to pay an additional fee for labor. I told him I was not paying fees for labor on an issue that should have been diagnosed when he first came out. The tech stated he would write up the issue and their dispatch would call to discuss payment. Needless to say I haven’t heard back from this company regarding the motor nor fixing the problem and it’s been 2 weeks! Terrible customer service!!

"DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. Our refrigerator stopped working over two weeks ago, and [Company Name] came out to diagnose the problem. Initially, they were great to work with - they found the issue quickly and explained it in clear terms. They told us to call LG to request the needed part to be replaced (the compressor) and then they would come back to replace both the compressor and our freeon. After that though, things went south fast. We quickly called LG to order the part and learned that we cannot order the part - only a licensed technician can (we now know that's standard practice). We then spent over a week trying to get [company name] to order the part. They were evasive, and for reasons we didn't understand, would not order the part. Finally, today, over two weeks after our initial diagnostic appointment and over 3 weeks without a refrigerator, we find out that they haven't ordered the part because they don't have anyone licensed to do the work that they diagnosed us needing!!! What an incredible waste of time and money. We now need to start all over to have another company diagnose the issue, order the part, and fix our fridge. Could not be more frustrated - I hope others can avoid having a similar nightmare experience by choosing a different vendor!!

I really appreciated that Mr. Eduardo Gutierrez explained things to me as he was figuring out why the freezer was working but the fridge was not cooling. He got the fridge working but said that the problem would occur again in a few days if certain parts were not replaced. He came back a couple days later with the new parts and everything is now working.I really appreciated Eduardo's positive attitude and the attitude of the folks at Mr. Appliance. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

We were very happy with the service that Eduardo provided, repairing our ice maker and also replacing several other parts on our refrigerator. He was very efficient and helpful and even went out of his way to try to save us some money by offering to repair one of the parts himself. We appreciated the quick response. Mr. Appliance technician diagnosed multiple parts that needed replacement (he didn't stop diagnosing as soon as he found one problem...he thoroughly evaluated my entire fridge!). I okayed the repairs and they were completed on time and on budget. Instead of having to buy a new refrigerator for $1,500, for $400 Mr. Appliance made my fridge like new. Text message system for confirming appointment times and technician ID were really appreciated.

The manager and all staff are very cordial and cooperative. The job was completed in a very professional, timely, and reliable manner. Appointment times were maintained. The technician and associates even helped in cleaning up after the repair work. I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Appliance and would definitely place it on top of my list for future repairs.
