Came to home. He charged $140 for service call and $160 to replace a part and still have same issue of washer not draining correctly. Having difficulty getting him back to correct. Bad communication. Would not use again.

I'm writing to apologize on behalf of my mother (in her account). She thought she was charged separately for the washing machine and ordering, but in fact, Erwin made a single charge of $667 to cover both his service and the machine. This seems very fair. My mother has now received the warranty documents. She doesn't know how to text, so she tried calling Erwin but couldn't get through. There seems to have been some miscommunication.

Erwin said he couldn't repair the machine. I asked him to help me order a new one - he charged me $667 just to order the machine (in addition to buying it) from Home Depot. When the spinner stopped working properly, I contacted Home Depot, and they wanted his contact information, but it was no longer active, so I couldn't exercise the warranty, as the order was under his name.

He was really good, came figured it out really quick and reasonably priced.

Very professional. Found the problem - it was electrical. He fixed the problem but had to get a part he didn’t have in is car. He also cleaned the dryer vent.

Erwin ("Mr. B" himself) was on time, and brought the tools and parts needed to diagnose the problems with my dishwasher. Unfortunately, the fixable components (pump, filters) weren't the issue, it was a failing control panel. Worse news, there are none available in the area and Erwin determined it would take two weeks or longer to get one in. Between the cost of the board and time it would take to get it, I opted to replace the dishwasher. Nonetheless, Erwin is a professional and knows his business. I will call him for the next appliance issue, whenever that happens.

Erwin arrived and went right to work. He explained everything to me. He waited a few minutes after fixing my refrigerator to make sure it was cooling. I would recommend him to anyone.

William pulled the oven away from the wall and ran some tests and found a beat-up heating element that needed to be replaced. He told me what the charges would be, and I agreed. I got a call about 3:00 from Mr. B saying William has the part and can install within about an hour. A VERY satisfied customer here.

Erwin the owner called very quickly after I went through the Angie list App I was very impressed with how quickly he called. And he had one of his team members at my house within two hours. William his associate was very thorough and fixed both problems and took his time to make sure that they were fixed correctly. Really appreciate the fast and effective service thank you.
