Having worked for 2 large property management companies in the past 6 years. It was time to go on my own and pursue my own destiny. Awful. First he painted the pavers the wrong color. When I caught that told he need the correct color. He came back and still has the wrong color. This time I went to Home Depot and after I had already paid for the job he demanded i buy the additional paint even though he screwed up twice. I paid. We went back to my home. He was to use his sprayer. The sprayer broke and he spilled paint all over my driveway. He cursed and screamed like a lunatic. He stated he needed to buy more paint. He never showed back up. Left my driveway full of stained paint and my pavers discolored. I ended up buying more paint rented a sprayer and did the job myself My driveway is still stained with paint What a jerk of a guy. Unprofessional worst experience ever Stay away from this jerk stay far away

"I have done aot of work for this customer. I normally wont paint anything. Period. He called me for some pavers. Reset and paint. Sounded easy. Repeat customer. I reset the pavers secured them with rebar. Cleaned the grease off the pavers from his leaking car that he parked on them. I cleaned the pavers well with a series of cleaners. And went home . keep in mind it is 114 degreese out. I got some paint the next morning. Painted the pavers. Well they were too light. He wanted the pavers painted real dark so when his car leaked oil back on them no one could see it. Since the city cited him for unsightly driveway. ( pavers) MY THOUGHTS WERE GET THE OIL LEAK FIXED. PROBLEM SOLVED. However I was thinking logically and we will have none of that now days. So I went back to the paint store 2 more gallons of paint. Started to paint the pavers.. still not dark enough. So back to the paint store with th ge home owner, he bought the dark dark brown paint. To paint the pavers. After the paint guy stopped laughing at what he was doing and why. He sold him the paint. I pulled the paint sprayer out of my van. I decided to spray and not to roll. Its 114 out and im about worn out. I pour the paint in a 5 gallon bucket. Turn on my paint sprayer and crank up the pressure and the rear seal blows out spraying paint all over the inside of the back of my van. I jumped back and knocked the paint bucket over. But just to get a couple more laughs I took my tools I was adjusting my sprayer with and just tossed them in the window of my van, since the back and me were covered with brown paint. and something hit the brand new can of red spray paint I had sitting on my front seat. As I watched the punctured spray paint can spin around the inside of my van taking out everything in the cab , that was just a barrel of laughs. Yep I lost it that day. Totally Took out my phone. Computer. Dash. Seats. Headliner. All fun I cleaned up his mess made my day. He had some one else latex paint his pavers"

Asked Mr Bill to install a toilet for me. I told him that I wasn’t doing the job myself because the flange the toilet bolts to wasn’t properly installed. The work was done while I was at work and I came home to find all this caulk around the base of the toilet. And worse, the toilet wobbled. I called Mr Bill and he came back out to my home. He told me that he had shimmed the toilet but it still wobbled so he’d used caulk to “glue it down”. I insisted that the job wasn’t done correctly and had him take the toilet back up. This revealed that he hadn’t correctly installed the flange and that he hadn’t used any shims to level the toilet. At this point, we came to an impasse with Mr Bill insisting that using caulk “to glue” the toilet down was a proper installation technique. Finally he agreed to refund half of the $160 that I’d already paid and I would do the toilet installation my self. Now it’s months later and he still hasn’t given the agreed to refund.

Called Bill and he was out within an hour to come and fix my problem. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath. He unclogged the drain and replaced some parts. Then tested to make sure it was not leaking.

We asked Bill to come to our house for a quote of a leaky outdoor pipe. He texted 15 minutes after the time of our appointment and said he was running late. He showed up an hour later, and then proceeded to look over the leaky pipe. He said the materials would be about 30$ and it was an easy fix. He said he needed to go to Lowes for the supplies. After he returned and performed the work he gave my husband the bill. The supplies were over 100$ and the hourly rate was 90$ per hour. This was never initially discussed or provided. When my husband questioned him, he said "My bad" and that he should have disclosed this ahead of time. We were extremely disappointed as this should have been provided before services rendered.

After attempting to but failing to remove and replace some really old faucets, I called Bill. He did an excellent job and also did some dry wall repair. I will not hesitate to call him back.

We had a very nasty clogged drain which was forcing the washing machine to overflow and water to come up through the laundry room sink. Bill worked hard to find the problem and resolved it promptly. He is extremely honest, and a very nice person. We will definitely hire him again. Thanks Bill!!

An incredibly great experience. I was contacted by email within about 15 minutes of my request, asking if it would be okay to drop by the same afternoon because I said my timing was flexible. I said yes. Because he knew the faucet was going to be replaced, he had the foresight to shut off the water supply on the side of the garage before coming into the back yard. It all took about 10 to 15 minutes. I had tried myself to replace the faucet (went to Lowe's and bought one), but there was no way I could get the old one off after using WD40 and when that didn't work, used a torch. It still didn't come off. I thought I better call a professional. It was amazing to watch him do in about 10 minutes what would've taken me forever, if at all. Also asked him about how much it might be to install a new outside faucet. He gave me a general estimate and it sounded reasonable, so will probably ask him to do that also in the near future.

Called Bill about 10 AM. He arrived within two hours and completed the work in less than 45 minutes. He was very polite, professional and had the parts on hand. We have need of a ceiling fan and toilet replacement. Will definitely use Bill for those services. Highly recommended.

Even better than expected... Bill came to measure, design and consult on first trip (30 minutes onsite) and then picked up and paid for materials en route to the job and finally performed the work in half the time we had expected it might take. All with no deposit in advance, we cheerfully wrote check for less than expected.

Another amazing job done by Mr. Bill. He was hired to repair the drywall beads for painting, It turned into a bigger job then I thought. I decided I wanted cabinet doors in the hall above the closet. Someone did not do the dry wall correctly and it fell apart when he went to install the custom doors. He had to rebuild the area and re-dry wall, It turned into a bigger job then I thought. It all looks great.

I was able to call Mr. Bill up and ask about changing all the interior doors in our new house. He said no problem and we could by the plain doors and not the pre hung ones. We saved a great deal of money because of his expertise in hanging doors. I was surprised it only took him 2 days to go get the doors, remove and install new doors without damaging the trim work. This is 7 doors and 6 sliders.

I called he was out the next day. Gave a good price on the job. I asked for some additional work to be done. He agreed to the price change. All the work was done with in two days, He was clean and neat. He got the job done in the set time frame with out any hidden charges. Will hire again with out thinking about it.

GREAT. Called back immediately after I left him a E-mail. Said he was not to far away & would show up within the hour. Did so. Watching him I could tell he new the fastest & best way to do the job. The job was completed quickly (probably around 30 minutes) Cleaned up & left no mess. Great job done very well.
