We first thought the job was complete. Unfortunately the next time the dryer was used, it still wasn t drying properly and the dryer vent blocked lit up. Since the dryer was still under warranty, we called the service technician. The service technician performed two tests on January 23rd. One with and one without the vent attached. The test without the vent attached heated properly. The test with the vent attached did not function properly. After the test was completed, I called The Duck Doctor to let him know what was going on and forward the videos to him to review. He told us that he would review and call us back Monday, January 26th to scheduled an appointment. As of today, we have NOT received a call. We have called him everyday and have left messages. Unfortunately he has not returned any of our calls.

Dave Brown- An honest & Extremely pleasant individual and knew his job very well. He cleaned of our Dryer vent cleaning real good, fixed dryer vent pipe and above all cleaned inside of the dryer as well.
We are very much pleased of his services and highly recommend others to hire him for ducks and vent cleaning real.

David did an excellent job cleaning my dryer duct!! He used both a flexible brush with multiple extensions as well as an air compressor to thoroughly clean as much as possible my flexible dryer vent hose! He also thoroughly vacuumed up the lint in back of my dryer as well as ensured all work areas were kept clean.
If you want excellent service at a reasonable price, with attention to detail, I highly recommend this company!! GREAT JOB!!!

Made assessment visit the same day we contacted them; scheduled job immediately at date/time of our choosing. Technician arrived promptly at scheduled time. Worked quickly and efficiently; gave clear, knowledgeable answers to our questions. We were especially impressed with the extra care to ensure job done thoroughly and correctly, plus caution to avoid mess. Did careful cleanup when finished. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Highly recommend. I recently hired The Duct Doctor to come out & clean the air ducts in my home, and I couldn't be more happy with the experience. Great customer service, prompt, and informative. David, the technician/owner arrived right on time, was respectful of my home and made it a point to keep everything clean while he worked. He pointed out a couple things I wouldn't have known about otherwise (like a disconnected vent in the basement ). He said i would notice a difference in air quality after the cleaning and he was right! There's less dust around the house and the airflow seems stronger from my vents. Overall, I am really impressed with the quality of work. I will definitely be using The Duct Doctor again in the future and recommending him to friends and family. Great Job, David!
