Manuel and his assistant arrived promptly and completed all of the work that was included in the job list (yard maintenance, gutter cleaning, house trim repair) in a timely manner. We have worked with Manuel for years and I would recommend him to anyone.

M & R Cleaning Services is the BEST cleaning company in town. They regularly clean my home and do wonderful work. They are thorough, come on time with masks for COVID safety, and most importantly to me, they greatly respect my home and all items in it. Sometimes, they even do extra without being told. My house is neat, tidy, and completely disinfected when they are finished. They are also flexible with scheduling. Highest possible recommendation!

I would not hire this company again. When I spoke with them on the phone, I explained what I needed and he said $50. I hired them for my move out cleaning. When they came out they told me that it would be $700! I negotiated it down to $500 only because I needed the cleaning done that day. They had me over a barrel and they knew it. I was very unhappy.

This is my second time using M & R Landscaping. The first time the company came out and they cut limbs on trees and did yard cleanup. This time they got my front and back yard together for spring. They did great job.

The team comes in on time and performs a through job of washing floors, vacuuming and dusting. I am very happy with their services. Friendly and personable. The yard work involved weeding several beds and mulching. Also great job, yard looked really good. Getting leaf removal soon and boy does the yard need it. We have close to 3 acres and lots of trees! Manuel is always great to deal with. His team works quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail. I have used this company a couple times now and they are my go to for any yard work and landscaping. Great prices and easy to schedule.

My house was in dire need of cleaning, and Manuel came to the rescue. Being a single dad with a large dog, it's hard to keep up. But when they were done, my house was spotless. I'm using them for weekly cleaning now.

Before choosing M&R Cleaning Services I contacted 3 other Landscaping companies in the Howard County area and received estimates for the projects I wanted done on my property. M&R Cleaning Services had the most competitive pricing and, in my opinion, a great business practice. Manuel is very friendly and easy to talk with. I appreciated how effortless and simple scheduling with him is. I also greatly appreciated that, during and after he provided my free estimate for yard clean up and water management, he did not try to sell me extraneous yard services. I have a yard that is a little under a quarter acre with a moderate amount of shrubbery and trees. I am normally able to keep up with yard maintenance myself. But this summer (2019) was an exceptionally busy time in my life, so I was unable to keep back the weeds that had grown in around my property. Manuel and his team worked for about 6 hours to complete both projects and I am very happy with the results. I only wish that I had taken before and after pictures as a testament to the great work he/his company did. I highly recommend he/his team and I will definitely be a repeat client in the future.

Showed up on time to mow lawn, weed garden, trim overgrown plants. Workers friendly and courteous. Did required work adequately. Did not go above or beyond.

Deal for 4 hours of yard clean up claimed for $120. They were supposed to arrive between 9-12, did not arrive till 3. Despite their ad for this deal advertising "Valid for the following services: landscaping; yard maintenance; shrub and ornamental tree trimming; and garden weeding", they charged us an additional $35 for completing bush trimming as they insisted the deal did not include the trimming. The quality of their work was subpar, they did not mow although this service was explicitly requested in the brief. Will definitely not us this service again.
