Alanis Air

I don?t understand how people can treat people so poorly. I put my faith in this company to install a new Hvac system with heat and new ductwork. HVACwas installed in February 2026 has not worked properly since. I?ve made numerous attempts for Alanis Air to come and fix the problem they?ve been out a couple of times and have not been able to fix the problem. Stephen Alanis has now stopped communicating phone text or email with me refusing to fix the problem. Unit shuts itself off and has to be reset by the homeowner. Stephen has not honored his contract or warranty. He?s been anything but honest with me says he?ll be out doesn?t show up doesn?t call says he?ll send someone they never show up. I now have to spend an additional $1500 to have somebody come out and fix the unit which is going to void the warranty. He responds dishonestly to my reviews. Beware if you?re thinking of using this company. The address for the company is now in foreclosure.

I not only hired them for this project. I hired them for another project as well. Fantastic job!

Stephan and his team did a great job installing A/C and also replacing our existing heater, which was probably close to 40 years old. The new system has worked great over the last few weeks.

Very professional, friendly and available. I would highly recommend their company,

Amazing service, incredibly friendly and communicative. Willing to work to your budget. Highly recommend!

Installers Rami and Padi were amazing. Quick and professional, got all 4 units (2 ac, 2 furnace) and reduct upstairs done in one day. Stephan was great to work with.

Owner came out. Gave us ans estimate for a heater. Installed the next day.

they did a great job

Very professional. Was completed in one day. Very friendly, helpful. Great service, product and warranty. Highly recommend this company

Outstanding work. wait time was half of other companies

They were prompt the first day. but they were not the best as far as communication. Left early one day, said they were going to return never did. They left a hole above the furnace which took a month to fix. Other that they seemed professional. Decent pricing.

Very professional, responsible and honest people.

Very professional and great service. Good, competitive pricing. Would highly recommend.

They were very efficient. They installed the new furnace within 3 days- would have been 2 except for my work schedule. They replaced the furnace and left the garage area they worked in cleaner and more organized than before! They were efficient, friendly, and responsive to what I needed and when!

Great team, with the skills and knowledge, reasonable price. I will recommend they to other customers.
