I am a self employed professional licensed plumber. My business is not an emergency plumbing company. I am a service plumbing and draining company, what that means to you as a customer is I don't charge emergency prices. I also provide free estimates for Denver and surrounding cities. I also provide cleaning a drain for $89.00 which beats most professional plumbing company's per drain.

Services I offer are replacing water heaters, install tankless water heaters, repairs on pipes sinks faucets shower valves and hose bibs. I clean drains and if needed can provide camera services. I can unclog sinks, showers, toilets and floor drains. I also do remodels and new installs. I install and repair gas lines. I can repair copper lines.I install dishwashers and make sure plumbing lines are correct to dishwasher. Can also connect water lines to refrigerators. There's not much I can't do.

He arrived late but got the work done last summer. I went to turn on the faucet this spring and it wouldn't work. Called him and to leave three messages but he did return the call. He arrived late again but did the work under the manufacturers warranty.

They had an AL deal for just the service I needed so I bought it. I got a call two days later to schedule for the following week. They came on time. They got a "B" in "professionalism" only because they showed up in an unmarked van and weren't wearing uniforms or hats or anything to identify them with a company, and while I wasn't bothered by that, I see how some might find that sketchy when it comes to letting two dudes you don't know in to your house. They were completely professional and polite, though. They got straight to work and did the job right as far as I can tell. It works with good pressure, sits snug to the house and doesn't leak.

"I'm not sure where your $250.00 went. But the coupon you purchased cost $175.00. The amount that we received was $75.00. It was called a faucet on the AL work order, unfortunately that was misleading."

Didn't do the job. Gave me information about buying parts or a new toilet. My toilets are working fine.

"The coupon purchased was for a "toilet tune-up". When I was at the house, customer complained that the toilets would continue to run sometimes. After many flushes the toilet wouldn't malfunction. The only problem that I could see was the cleaning solution in the tank may have caused some deterioration of the parts, perhaps replacement of the rubber parts would eliminate problems I wasn't able to replicate. We discussed what the customer believed was a problem and a way to stop it from happening again. I told the customer I would look into getting parts for this particular brand of toilet and let her know what it would cost. If a kit couldn't be purchased, maybe she would have to replace the toilet. Clearly the problem no longer exists, the customers money has been refunded and all is well."

Jeremy was able to determine that the previous owner of our new home had not "blown out:" the sprinkler system and it had caused a spilt in one of the interior/exterior faucets., He took care of the issue and also installed a new sprinkler freeze valve for us.

Originally he was scheduled to come on 8/4/16. He was a no call no show, but showed the next day. It said he was a master plumber and he brought a helper. The helper wasn't as fast nor as knowledgeable. neither seemed professional, oftentimes giggling. The plumber told the helper to check the pipe when the plumber turned on the water to check for leaks. He finished putting the plate on and along with the 550.00 fee a handheld shower was also included. but he forgot it. He said he would come back on 8/10/16 and I said that was fine. I did not take a shower Friday due to letting it curate for 24 hours. Saturday would have made it 24 hours. Enough water from my sink and toilet leaked into the pantry downstairs. When I came downstairs on the 8th I felt water dripping on my head. There was water in my basement but I knew since we shared a common wall with my neighbor that they too would have water in their basement and I notified them and indeed they had a lot of water as well. I called the plumber and he did not call me back. I called again and he did come out either 8/8/16 or 8/9/16 and repaired the leak. When he came back to repair the leak he still did not bring the handheld shower. I have left several messages regarding his insurance agencies information, due to the water in my neighbors basement. He called me back this morning and stated he would bring the handheld shower but never gave me the information of his insurance agency. I feel like I need to take other measures to rectify the damage done to my neighbors basement. I also noticed that they were in such a rush to cash my check that the invoice was not itemized so it really doesn't state he owes me a handheld shower. I would not recommend this company.

He was on time, competent and professional. I'd say the job took a little over an hour to do. He stood behind his price he had quoted me even though I threw him a curve ball. You're only as good as your word and he definitely was. I would recommend this company for any plumbing issue and plan on using them again in the near future.
