They were very professional, they sent out two electricians for the job, their inspection was very thorough, and they answered all my questions and concerns with very solid facts and explanations. Their prices seemed pretty high for the short amount of time (maybe 1 hour and 15 mins) they actually spent using tools, but I did not shop around very much before buying the "big deal" they offered, so I don't know how their prices compare. <br />

<p>We were very pleased with the work Mr. Dee did and he was great to work with.  We purchased the undercounter lights he installed and, unfortunately, we purchased the wrong type; however, when we explained the supply house would charge us a 50% restocking fee if we returned them, Mr. Dee said he would do whatever he could to make them work, and make them work he did -- we are very happy with the installation and the lights work great!!!!  Our job involved both large (panelboards) and small (replacing fixtures) items and Mr. Dee's crew was knowledgeable and professional throughout the job.  We will definitely contact Mr. Dee should we need electrical work in the future.</p> <br />

We have had problems with our hallway light - not coming on when we flip one of the three hallway electrical switches or the hallway light coming on or going off without anyone flipping one of the electrical switches.  Consequently we taped off the switches so they could not be used.  We had two electricians work on this problem and neither one were able to correct the problem.  Mr. Dee's electrician - Octavius - identified and corrected the problem within an hour.   <br /> The electrician also was able to fix a faulty electrical switch and outlet as well as troubleshoot a light fixture that had been impacted by water line break.  He also installed two new front door entry lights, two hallway lights and two ceiling fans. <br /> The electrician arrived at out house on time.  He was extremely personable, cheerful and very friendly.  He was also very articulate to the point to where he was able to thoroughly and clearly explain everything that he was doing - into our layman language!  He was very professional and an outstanding electrician!   <br /> Not only was the electrician able to repair and replace everything on our "to do" list - but he made our experience with Mr. Dee's not only positive and enjoyable but unforgettable as well! <br />

They were in and out.  I would not have know they were if they hadn't installed the items they installed; they left my home spotless. <br />

At first I never heard from them, and I was frustrated. after I bought the big deal. The Angie’s List help desk said they would reach out to the company. I still didn’t hear back, so I wrote a nasty review. I got a call from the owner and he said that he thought his sales person would be calling me to let me know that I was out his service area but they would honor the deal anyway.  Not only did they fix things that previously another company charged me an outrage price (Total Quality Service) and not only did not fix the mess up they accomplished even more than I expected..I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH MR. DEES. The electrician had to leave early on the day he started the work because it started to thunderstorm and pour, and the remaining work was outside Well, sure enough, he called me first thing on Thursday to finish the job. They were very professional in presentation, performance and obligation.  I only wish they were in our service area.  I highly recommend this company!!!!

Mr. D., the owner came out promptly with the estimate.  The work itself took about two weeks with a few glitches along the way.  What i like about this provider is their promptness responding to my calls and fixing glitches.  i would definitely use them in the future for my electrical needs.  In addition, their price is almost half of that of their competitors.  In two words, very satisfied. <br />

<p>This was the best deal I could imagine.  Rico showed up right on time and I walked him through the house and we talked through all the things that needed to be done.</p> <p>I had some light switches that weren't working and others that felt warm to the touch after being on for long.  So I asked him to please check every light switch and socket in the house.  He repaired the wiring on a couple of switches and replaced a couple with some switches I already had (for that eventual to-do list that never got done).  I had 3 new exterior fixtures that he installed in no time.  I was so happy with his work that while he took a lunch break, I went to Lowe's and bought 3 new fixtures for the kitchen and breakfast room.  He then replaced all of those.  Everything looks great and I couldn't be happier with the results.  Rico was very professional and he explained everything he was doing.  He cleaned up after himself and left everything in good shape.</p> <p>It was so nice to watch my to-do list get shorter and shorter - all with the confidence that everything was being done by someone who knew what he was doing.  I give Rico and Mr. Dee's Electric my highest marks.  I couldn't be happier with the work!</p> <br />

I attempted to contact Mr. Lunsford via his website (email).  When I didn't receive a response, I sent an email via Angie's List.  When I still did not hear back from Mr. Lunsford, I forwarded an text message to him, and he responded right away.  He mentioned that he had been out of town, and that is the reason why he hadn't responded (until the direct text message).  I explained my problem to him, and although he had another job booked, he said he would give me a call and try to at least come out to take a look.  Mr. Lunsford followed up with me by the afternoon, and explained that the current job was taking longer than expected and he would not be able to come out, however, he would come out the next day (Saturday morning). <br /> Mr. Lunsford showed up, as scheduled and immediately went to work to figure out what was causing the outage.  I watched him work, and asked questions along the way.  He explained everything to me, and answered all my questions.  He found the problem (an outlet had burned out - literally) and it caused the overhead light in both rooms to short, as well as another outlet in one of the rooms.  He quickly changed out the outlet and my overhead lights were functioning again.  Yea!!!! <br /> While there, I asked him to change the bulbs in my exterior lights.  I had never changed them before, and one had blown out.  I was unsure as to how to open the mostly glass fixture - so he quickly changed those out.  Oh, but I wasn't finished!!  The bulbs had also blown out on one of my security motion senor fixtures - which was too high for me to reach by my ladder.  Mr. Lunsford also changed those out, but discovered that one of the two lamps was not functioning.  We talked about replacement, and he said to just give he a call when ready. <br /> Mr. Lunsford worked quickly, was friendly and even gave me suggestions on lighting options - when I asked.  He explained why one option was better than the other, which I appreciated.  He didn't try to upsell anything - just did what I asked, answered my questions, and gave me suggestions when I asked for them. <br /> Very Pleased!!! <br /> <br /> <br />

<p>Mr. Dee's Electric was fantastic.  They were professional, and the work was completed ahead of time, under budget, and without any fault whatsoever.  I'll absolutely use them again and recommend them to local friends.</p> <br />

I purchased the Angie's List big deal for $200 worth of electrical work for $120 from Mr. Dee's Electrical.  They installed one sensor/dimmer light switch in the kitchen on a single pole connection that worked fine.  The second sensor/dimmer light switch they installed was a triple pole connection that they installed incorrectly causing the dimmer switch to short circuit.  The technician left without testing if the installation was working.  I called the company o let them know what happened, and they told me that they would send someone back out but I would need to pay a service call fee of $90.  I decided to call another company to fix the light switch.  I would not recommend this company, because they do not test their work, or stand behind their work. <br />

During the night, half of the electrical outlets quit working in my bedroom.   I called Mr. Dee's Electrical around 10:00 am... described my problem and asked if he could come out to assess and fix the problem.  He said he would have someone there by 4:30 pm.  I received a call around 2:00 pm to inform me he would be there within the hour.  At 2:45, the electrician showed up, assessed and corrected the problem and was complete by 3:30.  He was very prompt, very courteous and very professional.  I would not hesitate to call this company again if needed in the future. <br />

Mr. Dee is always courteous, on time,  kind, professional, and knowledgeable concerning his craft of electricity. He has preformed several other jobs in the past for me and as always the QUALITY OF WORK is always the same, OUTSTANDING! Power in rental house was surging when air conditioner kicked on.  Obtained several estimates with most service providers not knowing exactly what was wrong but wanting to charge a large sum of money to fix.  Mr. Dee's is the only one that truly took the time to pinpoint the problem and not oversell me on repairs that weren't needed.  Very happy with the work of this company.

The technician was prompt - this was a quick job.  Would consider using again.

Dekerri provided excellent service when he completed some repairs at my rental house recently. He kept me informed of his arrival time and worked within a time constraint I had since I was having my carpets cleaned that day. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my problems. His rates were very fair.
