The initial electrician who gave us a quote was excellent and everything was comprehensive but I had to changed my appointment date. The technician that was originally going to do the work apparently wasn't working with the company anymore so they sent me 2 new technicians. They did not know that we requested them to come at 7:45am. Even the company sent me a text that the technicians were dispatched at 7:00am, they came at 9:30am, so my husband wasn't able to come to work. The service that they did was fine but they didn't give me an invoice either via email or written. So I called the company asking for an invoice but the representative that I was talking to was rude and told me that's not their policy. As their policy is that they will provide a written invoice after the payment will be made. She's very rude and sarcastic. In addition, Mr. Electric of Durham advertise with Angie's List and offers coupon to all Angie's List members but they told me that they are not giving out discounts.

Scheduling the service was quick and easy, and I was glad to get the quote and have the work done on the same day with no fuss. Communication was great (I appreciated getting a text notification when the electrician was on his way), and the new outlet has been working great so far for charging my car.

They had to postpone our morning appointment due to emergencies, but Matt was able to come at 5PM, and finished the work around 8. I would definitely hire Mr Electric again.

Called on Thursday, got an appointment for Monday. Matt arrived early for the appointment. Did a free household safety check. Installed the plug strictly to code (unlike the builder who originally installed the 220v line) installing a new circuit breaker at the correct amperage. Matt was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Work done for exactly the estimated price. Matt hung around to make sure the cooktop fit and worked even though that was not part of the estimate. Great job overall, but I thought $415 was a bit much for installing a plug.

Corey Deojay was and will continue to be my electrician for all my electrical needs. He was extremely professional, neat, and percicsie with all the work he preformed. He also informened that anything I wanted done could be done no matter how easy or difficult the job may be. Looking forward to doing more work with him and mr. electric.

It was really awesome. The dispatcher answered the phone on the first ring. I had someone able to come out that day. He was able to do each item I requested. Did it quickly, thoroughly and cleaned up after his work. EXCELLENT!!!!!! Great prices, too!
