The two techs showed up right on time and did a great job. Will definitely use Mr. Electric again.

Mr. Vandall didn't know NEC code for grounding cable systems. He yanked on the ground wires and said they were totally fine, didn't even use proper instruments to check connections. Removed the ground wire from cable system and declared there was my fix to the problem. Got angry when I confronted him about that code. Left in a huff and didn't even try to troubleshoot what was going on IN the house, which is what I wanted to hire him to do. Turns out it's two outlets that aren't wired properly and I can do that myself with some guidance from a friend who has a lot of experience in that department, over the phone. Do not hire this guy, he doesn't know what he's doing and shouldn't be allowed around electrical systems, for safety reasons.

It went very well. The electrician from Mr. Electric clearly explained my issue and what would need to be done to fix it. The work was completed much quicker than I expected.

It was a great experience, the electricians were friendly and always asked before making adjustments to the install. I definitely plan on using them for any electrical work I need done in the future.
