We were very pleased with Corey O. He listened to what I wanted done and did exactly that! He explained all work to be done and the price. The process from customer service to the completion of the project was professional and timely! If the need arises, we will not hesitate to call them again and request Corey!

Although he had some unusual issues with the new generation Ring Doorbell cameras, everything else went smoothly. The house has 12 volt transformer supplying the two doorbells and it had to be upgraded to 24 volts to work with the new Ring doorbells. We found we also had to upgrade the interior doorbell. Although it took longer with the unplanned issues, the pricing was transparent and reasonable. All of the other electrical circuits, outlets, switch, floodlights, porch and patio lights, and replacing a 12 volt transformer for garden lights were perfect..

Mr Electric’s, Samuel Mosher, came to the house to trouble shoot a light that was not working. Samuel was prompt, very polite and respectful of our home. He reviewed the situation and explained what the problem was and the recommended solution. He went above and beyond, by pointing out some things that were not up to code. He presented his findings informatively and without any pressure. I agreed with the work to be done and he promptly started the work. He was efficient and very pleasant. He completed the light project as well as the code issues discovered in the same afternoon. Samuel was a terrific representative of Mr Electric and this is the second time I’ve used this company. I will use them again for any future electrical needs.

Mr. Electric was quick to respond to my request and provided a free competitive quote to replace a dimmer switch that had become faulty. Raymond was professional, friendly and replaced/tested the new dimmer switch quickly.

Francisco & his helper were professional, polite& friendly. Work started 2 days after our initial meeting & the breaker box was installed well before the end of the day. Could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend!!

They were punctual and very professional. They diagnosed the problem and followed safety procedures. Repaired my builder grade switches with commercial grade leviton switches and properly grounded them. Excellent workmanship. Not the cheapest.

The two gentlemen who installed the lights were very professional, courteous and friendly. They made sure that I was pleased with the work, and even helped to make sure all of the fingerprints were wiped off the shiny surfaces of the entry light before they left.
