My house needed the fuse box to be upgraded as well as several wiring issues and new outlets installed. I am very pleased with the service. I found this company to be honest, professional and prompt. This is the only company I will use in the future for my electrical needs. The team was courteous and clean. I could not be more grateful.

A power surge took place at our house and emergency service was needed (only had partial power to our house.) Turns out the surge damaged our panel and the panel had to be fully replaced. Jeff and his team at Mr. Electric fit us immediately into their schedule, answered all our questions and addressed all of our concerns in a friendly and professional manner. My Wife and I highly recommend Mr Electric and will use them again!!

A large tree branch fell on our property and knocked all of our power lines off our house and damaged our electrical system (electric panel, weather head, conduit). I called Mr. Electric late at night and they were able to come by the next morning to repair my electrical system. They did a great job and were able to help get our power back quickly. They were professional and had great communication throughout the process.

This appears to be a franchise type of company with no specific responsibility. For the initial inspection of a house we were buying, we waited for nearly 3 hours and nobody showed up. Had to call 2 different managers/foreman who kept promising someone would be on the way. Come time to do the job, they were on time and completed the work (new 200amp service panel) very quickly. The workmanship appears to be solid. However, taking with friends later, it appears we overpaid by roughly 25%, even considering current supply chain conditions. We later used them for a smaller job of installing 2 can lights - the price was roughly double the **rule of thumb** price I expected when I discussed with my (general contractor) father-in-law.

Mr. Electric is the best electric service I have used. They are efficient and they definitely know exactly what they are doing. I will be contacting them again for electric service at my other house. I highly recommend them if you are looking for professionals who will get the job done!

Price high

They combined two electrical boxes into one and had to move an outlet to slow for a longer panel. The guy did the work while my disabled husband was home (he was unable to climb stairs and inspect the completed work). I came home after the guy left and had to move the old electrical panel that was sitting in front of my garage door. All the rest of the garbage was sitting in my garage. I was not happy, he told my husband he could not fit the trash in his car. When I looked at the completed job I saw he had retired the outlet and had a cord across the front of the panel box so it couldn’t be opened unless I unplugged the cord. What?!! And he also left his own personal trash in the basement. I was very upset and called the rep that had originally come to the house and he sent the same guy out the next day to fix it. I asked him to please take the old panel box and other trash he left and he said he didn’t have room in his car to take it. I was not happy with this company and would not recommend.

They kept coming back until the job was done right. Fabulous customer service! We discovered that my bathroom ceiling heaters required a timer switch above the amps that was listed on the product I bought. The timer switches were overheating. They came back and replaced the timers they installed with ones that could handle the larger amperage needed. They made sure the job was done right. This is a company with integrity.

A professional that knew what he was doing. I would most certainly hire this company again.

Mr.Electric did a wonderful job for us. Very professional. This company is open 24/7 so they receive emergency calls from consumers. This can be aggravating when u have an appointment but it?s understandable. They are a bit pricey but the job is always done precisely & courteously. I recommend them for residential work.
