Ryan came out today to give us a quote for services to update our home’s electrical system. He was very friendly but still respectful and professional. I know nothing about those systems, so I had a LOT of questions. But he was so patient and kind with me, I felt assured that he didn’t mind explaining everything—in a way that actually made sense to me. I’m so glad because we have a lot of options to choose from, and now we’ll know what criteria to consider and how to choose those things that fit our needs. I’ve had difficulties with that in the past. It’s can be hard to make important decisions that affect the safety of your home and family (and the health of your bank account) when you’re dealing with a complicated subject. I could tell that Ryan was being honest with me and not just trying to get me to choose expensive options that weren’t completely necessary. It feels fantastic to know that I can work with a company like this when needing services that can be a large expense. I can trust Mr. Electric and Ryan to do exactly what we need without padding the quote as some other companies do, and that tells me that I can also trust them to do a great job!
