"I agree with this member in the sense that the technician took longer than he should to go over the job, placement of lights, answer questions etc. We have addressed this in our weekly training sessions. This member had a very tight schedule as he needed the technician to leave the house by 3:00 & was getting ready to leave for vacation. We have contacted this member by phone. We would be happy to come back to satisfy this big deal after he returns from vacation at a time that is more convenient for him."
"It is true that the member contacted us after the big deal to help pay for the cost incurred by the holes needed to run all the wires for the recess light deal. Unfortunately it is impossible to predict how many holes are needed to get the job done. This job in particular had a few unforeseen issues. We explain to every customer in detail what is involved before we begin any work. We understand how much dust can be made from cutting the holes in the sheetrock. We have since implemented a new method to greatly reduce how much dust is incurred by this process as well as using more drop cloths."
"Unfortunately this member has a wireless switching system for his outdoor lights that is no longer being manufactured. It is very difficult to find parts to service this x10 control system. Mike offered to research this system after leaving the members home & left a message for him a few days later that he was unable to find the parts needed to fix his issues. It appears after reading this review that this customer never received Mike's message. Mike tried to contact the customer again immediately after reading this review to explain that he did leave a message for him a few days after his appointment."
