Malcolm Shipley took nearly $1,500 from me and never performed the work nor showed me any receipts proving he purchased any materials needed for the job. I've been in constant contact with him trying to get my money back but he refuses to respond.

"Mr [Member Name Removed] is not being truthful. He had two contracts located at two separate properties. He never mentioned anything about a tight timeframe otherwise it would have been included in the contract. The property he said was a priority was completed with 24 hours of him signing the contract. He’s upset because the second project wasn’t completed directly after his first. This business doesn’t work like that, there are other projects that were already on the schedule, yet he believes I should abandon my commitment to others in order to appease him. He has not attempted to contact me at all. He also hasn’t requested to see my receipts, however if he had I still wouldn’t cater to his demands, he signed a contract based on work performed not cost of materials. He’ll have his project completed in a timely manner."

Again, the work was great. Malcom was very timely, did an excellent job, hardly even knew his crew always there. Went the extra mile to fix up some hard to fix areas. Price was awesome. Look forward to more projects in the future. Thanks again Malcom for the impeccable work!

MR.Exteriors went above and beyond for my family. To start, he kept his word on everything he promised me and He was quick to respond to my questions throughout the process. The gentleman working on my house were respectful and professional. And i absolutely love the look of my new siding! I wont need to worry about who i can trust with my roof next year! Its hard to find anyone to keeps their word and can respectfully communicate these days but you Mr Malcolm, 10 out of 10 sir!!

My experience with Mr. exterior was outstanding. Malcolm was extremely quick to respond and was out to my property by the next day for a free estimate and the repairs were completed the day after that. He kept his word, was punctual, professional, and thorough. He made several repairs to my roof that had started leaking during a bad storm. When I inquired about roof replacement (old roof), I feel he was honest with me about the remaining life in my roof and refinishing options versus full teardown. Price quotes were fair, around what I expected. You pay for good work and the work here was excellent. Work completion was timely, quality was excellent. We hardly knew anyone was even there. I will be hiring Mr. Exterior for more projects in the future.

Malcolm was incredibly professional. His schedule was flexible and he was punctual. I was unaware of what the repair entailed so he thoroughly explained it to me and even checked back a couple days later to make sure I was satisfied (which is rare to find). I would definitely use him again in the future.
