It went great. I had used this company about 9 months ago when i had gotten my Washer and Dryer. The repair man was as wonderful as he was the first time. Very professional, respectful, friendly, kind, and on time. He figured the problem out quickly, had part to fix it with him, and prices were very reasonable. He couldn't fix the problem. He came out several times, always late and always after a reminder phone call from me. He ended up creating more problems with the machine. When it became clear that he couldn't handle the job, we asked for our money back. We shouldn't have to pay for service that he couldn't perform. He tried to convince us that it was our electrical problem (it isn't) and then tried to convince us to take one of his used, out of date machines and let him have ours. Would not recommend.

"I'm very sorry that we didn't get your washer fixed but it was in your electric I had over $800 in Parts on that washer I offered you another washer I don't know what else I could have done to make things right it wasn't my fault anyway because it was the electric I wish we could have came to some kind of compromise but I could just give your money back with $800 worth of new parts on it I'm sorry that you're not happy if its way I can fix it please let me know if you need to get your electrical fixed"
