Mr Fix It

I think I found them through Angie?s List.  We had a problem with a refining seal and he did a great job of re-installing it.  We have also used him as a handyman so that?s great.    <br /> <br /> His price is more reasonable than the others and is certainly average.  I am satisfied with his work.  He is right on time.  He seems to be a nice guy and he is good.

I was very happy. Ed did the work. He was very accommodating and professional. He did a great job putting it in. The price was very reasonable. He was easy to work with. He was also supposed to do siding for me, but his truck broke. So rather than have me wait, he referred me to someone else to have the job completed. I appreciated that.

We have had him several times. We are very happy with him. I think he has a fair pricing.  He charges for what he does and he charges what I expect to pay.  

.We used him to do repairs at our rental property. He was excellent, timely, and very good.

He was very good.  We recommended him to somebody else.  The job went very well.  We were very pleased with him and we referred him to others.  He did exactly what we asked him to do and it was great.  He seemed to know what he was doing and he got it done in a timely manner.

He was top notch. It was very good service. He was very good and he actually taught me some stuff, which was nice because I hadn't expected it. I think I would use him again. He was general which was good so I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if I had something general.

The job went very well!  We contacted several people for an estimate, we chose Ed because of his experience and cost estimate.  He came to the job on time, actually was early, and worked the entire time he was there over the course of several days.  He was careful with supplies, neat, and organized.  He also cleaned up nicely each day.  Ed was very professional and his expertise covered several areas, we ended up asking him to do more work than originally expected because another plan fell through.  Although he is busy, he was able to work us in.  We would certainly use Ed again, he is very easy to talk to, explains everything very well and it was a real pleasure to meet and work with him!

Ed is a very personable individual and tells it straight. He looked at the issues I had, told me what he would do to repair and then explained his hourly pricing. With his estimate of time for the repairs, I decided to engage his services. He returned at the agreed time and finished the work in less time than expected.  <br /> <br /> It does not get any better than that. I am recommending him to all who need a handyman.

The work went well, Ed is a real craftsman and can innovate on the spot, there were no interruptions, Ed was neat and clean with everything he completed.

Ed did great work.  He got all of these projects done in one day.  <br /> <br /> In addition to painting the lanai, he installed new chain and plate for the fan, and painted another light fixture out there.  Lanai now looks fresh and new.  The kitchen drawer now slides and is usable.  Lastly, you would never know there were holes where he plugged them.  Since I had no interior paint, I asked him to use the exterior paint from the lanai as it had the same finish.  His expertise resulted in a wall that looks it had never had holes in it.  <br /> <br /> Because I had an appointment, I needed to leave and intended to return.  However, Ed encouraged me to run my errands and he would lock up when he was done.  I had no qualms doing that as I trusted him completely.  I returned that evening, simply curious to see how it all turned out and was very happy.

Ed was a true professional - arrived right on time - came in and went right to work. did exactly what he said he would do - was very clean & tidy. He had actually quoted us a price of $350. but ended up charging us $300 because he was able to finish work in less time than he quoted.

Everything was good and he was a good guy.

Mr. Fix-it was very professional and did an excellent job. He explained what he was going to do, then proceeded to do what he said. I was very impressed with his motivation and his willingness to explain what he doing and why. No one would ever know that the wall was destroyed a few days ago. I would use him without hesitation. Great work ethic and he did a wonderful job.

He was dependable, and he kept in touch by sending photos and calling us because we were away.  He left the place in great shape.  His prices were very reasonable, as well.

Ed seems to be extremely knowledgeable about how to repair just about anything, we found him to be professional, helpful and trustworthy.  We felt totally comfortable having him do the work while we were out of town.  We will definitely use him again as more projects come up.

Mr. Fixit completed the job promptly, for the price we had agreed on. The job was done in an efficient and professional mmanner.

Ed did a fantastic job. I initially called him just to install laminate flooring but he did a few other things as well (see above). He beat all the other estimates we had received and his prices were more than fair. He's very reliable and pleasant to have in the house. He was also very funny, I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Ed is meticulous about everything. My husband and I own a condo in Florida but live in Indiana. Based on reports on Angie's List, I contacted Ed for a bid. I made the best choice possible. During the process of completing all repairs to get the condo refreshed for a new tenant, Ed maintained contact with me and explained what he was doing or what needed to be that I had not been told about from the management company. His calls were detailed. I was impressed how he made several trips to the hardware store to replace the blinds, all of different sizes to his surprise. Then, when he discovered a price discount for the blinds, he argued to get the price reduction for us. To me, that is going the extra mile for someone he doesn't even know! After working with Ed, I feel like I know him even though we have never met. He is professional, conscientious, courteous, responsible, fair, honest and trustworthy. After he completed the work, he sent digital images to us. The master bathroom looks new, thanks to Ed. If Ed lived in the Indianapolis area, I would hire him to do anything and everything for our house.  As a retired teacher, I give Ed an A+ rating, not just an A!!! (Although my husband and I did not see the completed work, my rental management agent verified the quality of the completed work.)

I was very pleased with the work he did for me.  He showed up on time and was very accommodating to my schedule.  I would recommend him to others as well as use him again in the future.  I was also pleased with price he charged.
