Not a happy customer. Price was reasonable, but the work was sub-par at best. I had two leaks after he left in two different sinks and I called him to come back out and he found excuse after excuse as to why he just couldn't make it. Would not recommend.

It went great! Richard went above and beyond. Everything was completed on time. I sent him pictures of what we were thinking and he got back to me with a price in our range. He came out to see our bathroom, we set up the costs right then. It was extremely clear who was paying for what and when his portions were to be paid. He was willing to use some supplies we already had to save costs. He recommended things when we were unsure and everything came out great! It's an amazing transformation. We will be sure to call Richard again when needs arise.

purchased coupon on Angie's List for 8 hours of handyman services - tried to contact this company to set up an appointment - never returned call - contacted Angie's list for help in contacting company - they said they reached out to this person twice but still no response to me - paid $199 for nothing since Angie's list personnel said I waited too long to ask for a refund so someone got my money and I got nothing.

Apparently when you buy a deal on Angie's List, they give the provider the money after 30 days whether the service has been performed or not. This service provider kept asking me for more information until the 30 days had passed and then stopped returning my phone calls. Angie's List wouldn't refund my money because the 30 days had passed and they couldn't get the provider to return my calls either. This guy is a scam artist - please do NOT purchase from him or you will be disappointed.

Did not go at all. Would not respond to calls and messages for 3 months then called me back and when I followed up as requested he did not respond for months until I posted a negative review. I will never use Mr Fix It and will not purchase deals from Angie's list again.

Outstanding!

I had over 15 items on the list which I had saved up and all fixes were completed in one day. Richard is multi-talented and works quickly. We were thrilled to have all this work completed in one day! Able to work on older homes, a rare trait these days. Unbelievable results!

It took a while to get scheduled with Richard and then an unexpected delay occurred for the start time, but once he and his coworker arrived they were all business... no wasting time with chit chat, they jumped right in and got an overview of the items I needed completed, checked supplies and were moving quickly through my projects. All the workmanship was fantastic, he consulted me when he had suggestions on how to complete jobs slightly different from my original plan which was very professional and welcomed. They cleaned up and even swept the kitchen!! Richard is a very professional and hardworking handy man and I highly recommend him!

He was excellent and was able to handle the entire job while I was out of town. He communicated with me when something came up that was outside of his control and dealt with it accordingly. Will definitely re-hire.
