Had a very bad water leak in my kitchen..MLS came out promptly and brought equipment to start the drying process, assessed the leak, and repaired it promptly. The tech that came out was very personable and professional, and took the time to explain what they needed to do. Will definitely hire them again!

Estimate of job emailed quickly. Additional work requested one the project was started. They provided cost estimate by phone and email so additional work could be approved. The workers were professional and polite. The work site was left clean at the end of each day. We will hire them back for additional projects.

MLS Restoration and Remodeling truly does offer amazing service. My roof was in bad shape, due to a recent storm that passed through my area. The team at MLS were all able to answer my questions any time I had one. They walked me through the options, and explained the benefits on an upgraded shingle, and the best part is that it saved me money on my homeowner’s insurance, which basically paid for the upgrade. They were experts in dealing with my insurance adjuster, worked hand and in hand with them, to make sure I got the maximum benefits for my claim. I was nervous about the whole deal, but MLS responded promptly to all my needs and was fair and honest with all issues as they arose. I was amazed at the attention to detail. I haven't found one bit of trash left onsite, which I understand is not common. They really know how to work together as a team to make sure that their customers are 100% satisfied, from the sales team, to the installers, and back office personnel. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. MLS came through for me, once again, and saved the day!

This company is amazing! JD was very responsive to my concerns. I had filed an insurance claim last year and was taken advantage of by another company that did my roof. I was very hesitant about having someone else come over and finish the job after the experience I had with the first company. I found 3 general contractors to give me an estimate on finishing the work. JD was the only one that stood out because he genuinely wanted to help me and he listened. He walked me through the process of everything, stayed in touch almost daily, sent me updates on what he found (on day 1, JD's crew found significant rot on one of the outside walls after removing the aluminum siding. It was so bad, the studs were completely gone. JD and everyone stayed for over 13 hours to replace the entire wall so I wouldn't have a huge hole in the side of my house!). I have praised him and his crew for the amazing work they have done for me! I'm no longer ashamed of my house and have been recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you so much JD, George, and the rest of the MLS crew for not giving me just a beautiful home, but for restoring my faith in people!

My husband and I noticed that there was water coming out the side of the kitchen cabinet, and it was leaking into our living room area, which is adjacent to the kitchen, causing a puddle in our carpet. We called another contractor, who could not locate the source of the leak, and who, in my opinion, was too lazy to investigate it enough to actually find the problem. We thought the source of the leak was coming from the dishwasher, so we replaced it. The leak continued. We then thought the source of the leak was the refrigerator, so we replaced that, as well. When that did not solve the problem, I called MLS late that night, and we made an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and was pleasant and polite. He began investigating the leak, and discovered that the source was a pipe in the wall that was behind the kitchen sink! They had to cut into the drywall, and as we moved the furniture out of the way, we discovered that the water had leaked into the carpet about a foot from the wall, and discovered that the bottom of my large bookshelf was completely rotted, as well as my entertainment center, where my TV was located. The technician cut into the wall, made the repair, replaced the drywall, and even hooked up the water line to my new refrigerator, so that I could be able to use the water and ice dispenser. He was also kind enough to install the license plates on my new vehicle for me, as well as the car seat base for my grandson! Because of their commitment to quality work, I now have peace of mind that the leak is fixed, which is priceless to me. They did all this for me in a timely fashion, and the technician stayed until the job was completed, which was well past 10 pm, and never once complained about anything. My husband and I were so impressed with his professionalism and quality of work, we have already recommended MLS to a friend of mine, and would recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you, once again, for all your hard work!

MLS Drywall & Paint is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. This was the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They have a trustworthy, courteous, and hardworking group of craftsmen. The work they have done for me was everything I was hoping for and more. While they were not the cheapest pricewise, the cost is worth the quality of craftsmanship they provide! I am so happy with all the work you have done in my home. The transformation is incredible. The entire MLS crew did an awesome job despite many unavoidable delays because mother nature would not cooperate. Even when the weather stood in the way, I always knew when to expect them. The communication was great. If I had a problem, they were right there to address it and when I changed my mind about anything, they were professional and understanding and went with the flow. I will certainly use them again.

JD was very quick to respond when I first put in a request. He had great ideas about how to make the project more appealing and listened to our ideas and got clarification so he understood exactly what we were wanting. While onsite the guys were very courteous and tidy. George even gave me some ideas about future projects I was talking to him about. They are pretty busy so I had to wait a little longer than origianlly thought just because their other jobs kept expanding. But it was worth the wait. They did a good job and I would hire them again. I have included before and after pictures so you can see the transformation their work brought to our home.

First, I want to say George is awesome. I'm not sure there's anything he can't fix properly. He teams with his sister, who paints, and she does a great, professional job. George has brought some other handymen here to help him, and they benefit from his oversight. If anything is not perfect, George will come back and make it right. Among the work they've done for me is painting two half baths and a ceiling, replacing almost all the internal doorknobs with levers, stabilizing a pedestal sink, replacing weather stripping, replacing a light fixture, replacing a mailbox in a brick holder, and fixing a fence handle. Very happy with this contractor!

I think it is perfect. They listened to us. That told me they were interested in doing the work correctly and the way we wanted it. They did not try to sell us on other things. I already have 2 family members who are using them for other projects. The pricing and quality were good. They were punctual and if they were going to be late they called.

Not well. It was a series of miss-steps, lack of communication among the owners and messy clean-up. Too much time was spent working on the secondary outside issues and not on fixing the drywall which was the reason I hired them in the first place. In the end, I still have un-painted wood on the outside of my house, I had watery drywall material dribbled on my floors, I have gotten most of the drywall material off that dried on my wood mantel, still have it on the tile around the fireplace and on a wooden bookshelf. Also, while I know it is nearly impossible to match a wall with the exact texture, I felt like it could have been a little better. I must add that the ceiling repair was excellent. I purchased a $99. promotion, and spent $612. total for the drywall and outside work. I was told I owed another $100, but the drywaller said he would knock $50. off for the problems, then when I pointed out I had been over-charged $50. by his partner the day before, he told me I owed him nothing more. I appreciated this gesture. These seemed like nice guys, just trying to make a living and Murphy's Law had kicked in. I am sorry to leave a less than stellar review.

"I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided. The company was hired to do what was assumed to be a 2 hour job (the 99$ promotion). However once on the job site, we had clearly had some miscommunication on time and the extent of the damage. We were hired to repair and texture match water damaged drywall. Once upon the job site, we removed the damage, and started the repairs ( removed damaged drywall, replacement of drywall, tape and bedding). After we had done that we needed to let this cure for 24 hours, so that we could do a light sand and then texture match. During the time we were there, you had asked what other services we provide. Then we had walked the property with you discussing projects outside of the home that you were inquiring about. Also during this time we discussed that we would have to reschedule the texture match based on cure time and that we would promptly return as soon as the mud had cured to finish our original job. You had addressed concerns about some rotted trim on the exterior of the home along with some painting work, and we discussed pricing. We worked within your budget as you stressed that you wanted to keep the hourly cost as low as possible after agreeing that we would do the entire job for a set amount, and that the drywall work would NOT go over the original 2 hours(99.00$) you hired us for. We then proceeded to remove and replace the rotted trim and paint the high areas that you had told us were too high for you to reach, that you would paint the lower areas - to keep hourly cost lower. After the drywall patch had cured we had returned to finish the texture from the original job. We had discussed your concerns about pricing and how you felt you were being overcharged, which is why I had felt to resolve the situation, I would knock off the 50.00, and that would keep you happy and satisfied. I was unaware during final clean up that we had missed a few things, and I do apologize for that. Had you called me, I would have come out myself and cleaned the areas to your standards that very same day. I do hope we can do future business, you were a pleasure to work for. Again I am truly sorry we left anything to your displeasure."

Very well, George was very creative and came up with ideas which made the remodel more extensive and was quite good about staying on budget. His team worked well together, they were clean and careful. I'm delighted with the new kitchen and the bathroom floor looks great.
