He was quite knowledgeable and helpful and while he could have fully repaired my dryer he could not in good conscience go that route as the cost of parts alone would have exceeded the cost of merely replacing the dryer, so through no fault of his he couldn't complete repair work. I highly recommend him as he would rather loose out on a few bucks by being honest than gouge customers through dishonesty

Kirk, was AWESOME! Friendly,Honest and knowledgeable! Fixed my dishwasher and I am so grateful. Also, answered my request for service with in minutes and the service call was completed in less that 24 hours! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I needed my washer and dryer hooked up when I moved to a new place. The dryer vent hose was the wrong size, the young man went out of his way to find the correct hose so that it was installed properly. He also made sure both machines were balanced and completely in working order before leaving. He was polite and patient. I will recommend Mr. Gray's repair to anyone.
