"Hi Marla, We're sorry you were unhappy with the results of your service. We do want to acknowledge that there were a few areas that needed touch-ups after the initial caulking work, which can happen from time to time. As discussed, we offered multiple times to return and correct those areas at no additional cost. We also explained that the caulk needed a full 24 hours to properly cure before being exposed to water. Several of the issues shown in the photos appear consistent with the caulk being disturbed before that curing process was complete. Even so, we still offered to come back and make everything right, but unfortunately that opportunity was declined. We always stand behind our work and genuinely try to resolve concerns directly with our customers whenever possible. We wish you the best moving forward. Steve"
