"Thank you for your purchase. The price of the material is the price of material. I do put a mark up in it as all contractors but the price is the price and you would be charged that no matter who did the work. It still is a very good deal we normally charge a $69.00 dispatch fee and $65.00 a hour plus material"
"Troy showed you the fixture was broken right out of the box and you told him to install because you didn't want to pay any extra labor for him to wait there while you exchanged the light. I not sure how you buying a broken fixture affects my rating other then the fact that we charge for our labor which is how any business works."
"Yes my guy was late and he did not call which was our fault. As far as the job goes before we went there I told her on the phone it had to be a legal generator hook up. Well when we got there sure it was a rigged set up and as a licensed contractor I won't touch it due to liability. We did explain and offered a price to do it the correct it.i refuse to put my license at risk to save somebody a few dollars."
"Thank You!"
"My only response to this is the person that did the original transfer switch didn't know what they were doing or the home owner would not have called us to look at the problem. Yes I did quote $3200.00 to do the work, as a professional we have to do it correct and he did not have to hire us it was a FREE quote. The coupon was for labor not material. Instead or being a nice guy I should have walked away when I saw the work that the other electrician did that had code violations all over it and would not pass inspection I tried to help the guy out and he ripped us off for $20.00. Lol it is amazing what you see when you work for people."
"Thank you for your business"
"Thank you very much for your business"
"I am a business ower and it is not possible to do all the work personally. The tech that i sent out is a electrican and we have worked together for over 30 years. If tere was a problem with him it was never known to me. I stand behind my work 100% if there is a problem i dont hide we will come out and correct it. I think the only problem was that the customer wanted a $3000.00 job for $2500.00.I did cut the price by taking some things off the quote and the customer knew that, then they wanted something added after the job was complete and i sent my employee back out there to do it and when they found out it wasnt free they sent him away after i got all the material for the job.If i did work for free you wouldnt see me on Angies List i would be out of business."
"Thank you, it was our pleasure"
