Mr. Insulation

We are very satisfied with the services provided and would use Mr. Insulation again should the need arise. We received Very friendly, honest, and helpful information during the quote, which was performed on the same day we called him. He was informative,professional, and very thorough. We set the appointment to come in and perform the services on the following afternoon.  They arrived on time, and the services were performed in a timely manner, as quoted.  They were very conscientious about ensuring they cleaned up behind themselves before leaving.  He also went above and beyond to check our air ducts and found a small leak which he repaired at no extra charge. <br />

Worst experience ever. I?ve never been such frustrated and angry.  <br />      Ray sounds like a good guy good at talking and making promises, but never showed up at the time we scheduled.  First day for estimation, he didn?t show up, told me he was there but nobody answered the door, will do it the next day. Well, next day, it?s better, half hour late. Told me if I can do it as soon as possible he can give me a discount. It turns out the price is not good at all. Finally came and added insulation to one large attic and one small attic. Didn?t explain anything unless I ask. I found out later a most inside area of the small attic was totally ignored, no insulation at all. Never mentioned it to me. <br />       I left another small attic because I?m fixing a leaking pipe in that attic. He promised that just call him after I fix the pipe he will come back the next day to add the insulation then I can seal the ceiling. So after I get the pipe fixed I called him, never answered the phone, voice mail was not set up, I couldn?t leave a message.  Tried many times, never called me back until I sent a text message to remind him the importance of his business reputation. Scheduled for another day, didn?t show up, told me material <br /> got wet because of the rain. Scheduled for another day again, didn?t show up, told me his arm got injured. Scheduled for 7:00 pm another day again, but wanted to change to 5:00 pm all of the sudden, he just want me to be ready anytime convenient to him. Anyway my wife had to go back from work. Showed up this time but told my wife a fan in the ceiling needs a shield then left.  I asked the contractor working on my ceiling who told me this kind of fan is normal and does?t need a shield, so I called Ray <br /> again, told me he will do the job last Saturday or Sunday, will call me two hour before he come. Didn?t show up until late Sunday afternoon.  Called him, said I misunderstood him he meant will call me let know when he will come Saturday or Sunday. Then scheduled for Monday, didn?t showed up. called him, refused to answer the phone. I had to send him a text message saying if he doesn?t come today then doesn?t need to come anymore; I will put review of his service online. I got the response instantly: ? that fine thanks good luck?.   <br />      Googled this guy, found out the reasons he used to explain why he doesn't show up or answer the phone include "My Mother was in the critical care unit for 6 days "( from Homeadvisor.com). just want to quote a review for him from yelp? he is some kind of scam artist?. I should have googled him before I hired him.  <br /> <br />

Promised a lot, but done little. 3 Solar fans installed according to his recommendation to replaced the turban, I wish the turban fan is still there because Solar panels have been installed to facing north when there are enough wired to reach the south or west side of the roof,  by "The best work he have" per him, so the fans run about only 3 or 4 hours a day, and not able to get any hot air out when they are not running, left me an hotter attic each evening. <br /> I've let him know about the issue, and he promised to come back and change the placement of the solar panels, also install 2 additional solar panels for roughly 400 more. I've lost count how many time he has promised to come or call, but failed to. So far, nothing has been done and I'm tired of contacting him, <br /> He also have promised to typing my leaking air condition box in the attic and isolate the attic door as throw in, and didn't do it. <br /> Super nice guy to talk to and work with when he is there, has been asking me to leave him a good feed backs here. After I've done that, he is gone! That's why I have to update this rating.

Mr. Insulation was very professional and knowledgeable . He gave me a good price and did it in a timely manner. He added in some bonus repairs along the way and saved us money. Outstanding job, I'm definitely recommending mr insulation for my neighbors and friends <br />
