Mr Cody Combs from Mr Plumber is one of the best people I have ever dealt with. He is very friendly and professional, also very efficient and patient.

They did a great job, no leakeage as of now. New Main line intall.

Have used them twice now for emerging issues with our 30 year old piping system. Both times great response time, very knowledgable, skilled, engaging and above all reasonable cost. Fixed things right the first time and didnt try to oversell. Will not hesitate to call on them again But i hope not !

Excellent, responsive, and fixed the first time. They have been doing my plumbing work for 10 years. Replacing copper lines with pin holes, and water heater installation. Perfection, this service was for the whole house pressure control valvue. Called at 2 pm, onsite 3 pm service completed at 4pm.

Arrived earlier than I anticipated. Solved my issue quickly, eased my mind.

Literally worse "service" in my life. A month later still no hot water and 3 plus people have come to look at the heater with different things that need to be ordered. I rather give birth with zero drugs than ever deal with these people again.

Appointment setting is always easy and quick. They even called on Sunday to offer to come a day early. Kyle McGuire has clearly earned his Certified Master Plumber - listened to concerns and got quickly to work with great results, restoring our in-home water pressure.

Extremely over-priced and will not use again. I was charged $325 for a simple fill valve replacement that required minimal diagnosis. When I called the office back, they said that the prices were setup by Corporate and this is their price because they are insured and bonded. Any other standard insured plumber would have done this for less than $175. This is the last time I am getting their plumber to my property and will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I was having my water pipes replaced from the water meter to the house and inside. They tore up my house, making holes in the floors and walls that were unnecessary, leaving a total mess. They had no idea where the water lines ran in my house. I also have to re-sod the lawn. They also walked away with our equipment.

‘Adam’ the plumber sent out was polite and professional. His work was precise and perfectly done. Great job!

We called Mr. Plumber to unclog the drain in the dishwasher. Erica came out, and apparently, knocked or moved the sprayer arm at the bottom when she was removing the water. When we ran the dishwasher that night, the sprayer arm came loose and landed under the heating coils, burning the sprayer arm completely off in two places. We called Mr. Plumber and talked to Scott, the manager. Scott refused to replace the sprayer arm. In the conversation, he told us that if the plumbers do something wrong (on accident or on purpose) and they admit it, they are written up. So, when he asked Erica if she touched the sprayer arm, she said no. Understandably, because what choice does she have to be honest? And, Scott acted like he doesn't even know what a sprayer arm is. The sprayer arm is locked into place by a "collar". So there is no way that the sprayer arm just spontaneously popped out (plus, this dishwasher is less than a year old). Mr. Plumber damaged our dishwasher and they refuse to fix it. Save yourself time, money, and stress and find another plumber.

Old water heater failed, so I didn't have time to be picky about who I hired. I had a service contract with Coolray, so I went with Mr. Plumber. The plumber had the Hot water heater on the truck, but when he told me the price to replace I was absolutely shocked. What was I supposed to do. It was 6:00 pm in the evening and I had water all over the garage floor. I finally got a veteran discount, but it was still so high I'm embarrassed to say how much it was. The tech was very good, and he did a good job; however, oh my god! I got the hot water heater with the shortest warranty, and with my veteran discount I still feel totally ripped off.
