I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Plumber and our technician, Jonathan! After another plumbing company came out, charged us, failed to clear our sewer line, and then recommended thousands of dollars in additional repairs, we decided to get a second opinion from Mr. Plumber. I’m so glad we did. Jonathan successfully cleared the sewer line and thoroughly inspected it afterward. He took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and provide recommendations to help prevent future issues. What impressed me most was his professionalism, honesty, and expertise. Unlike the previous company, Jonathan never tried to sell us unnecessary work. After inspecting the line, he explained that the costly repairs we had been told were needed were not actually necessary. Mr. Plumber’s investment in high-quality equipment clearly made a difference. I highly recommend Mr. Plumber and Jonathan for anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and exceptional service.

Today Cody C. did some plumbing work at my house, and I was really impressed. It wasn't an easy problem to solve, but he got curious, took his time, and ultimately developed a clear diagnosis of what was wrong. He was a great communicator and, above all, honest about what he could fix and what would have to be a more involved job. He spoke well of the company and offered to come back for subsequent work on the problem. He and Mr. Plumber just woke me over from my previous contractor.

My husband notified me last night that we did not have any hot water. He asked if I could get help today. I’m currently disabled. The process was super simple. I went online and made an appointment for the afternoon. Rick the plumber came out around noon. He was super professional and efficient. He notified me of the charges and details of the project. He also notified me of what steps he was going to take. He was very personable. He also expressed sincere care about me. I really enjoyed his service! Cool Ray, Mr. Plumber has an excellent person taking the responsibility to make sure the company is represented well! He completed the job with respect to my home!

Have used them twice now for emerging issues with our 30 year old piping system. Both times great response time, very knowledgable, skilled, engaging and above all reasonable cost. Fixed things right the first time and didnt try to oversell. Will not hesitate to call on them again But i hope not !

Excellent, responsive, and fixed the first time. They have been doing my plumbing work for 10 years. Replacing copper lines with pin holes, and water heater installation. Perfection, this service was for the whole house pressure control valvue. Called at 2 pm, onsite 3 pm service completed at 4pm.

Arrived earlier than I anticipated. Solved my issue quickly, eased my mind.

Literally worse "service" in my life. A month later still no hot water and 3 plus people have come to look at the heater with different things that need to be ordered. I rather give birth with zero drugs than ever deal with these people again.

Appointment setting is always easy and quick. They even called on Sunday to offer to come a day early. Kyle McGuire has clearly earned his Certified Master Plumber - listened to concerns and got quickly to work with great results, restoring our in-home water pressure.

Extremely over-priced and will not use again. I was charged $325 for a simple fill valve replacement that required minimal diagnosis. When I called the office back, they said that the prices were setup by Corporate and this is their price because they are insured and bonded. Any other standard insured plumber would have done this for less than $175. This is the last time I am getting their plumber to my property and will gladly take my business elsewhere.
