Mr. Plumber Man

Tito was referred to us by our contractor and it was a pleasure working with him! We needed an extension for our shower valve. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient. While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!

Tito and Gabriel were incredibly professional, always on time and kept to their job time frame. They explained everything and even showed me pictures of all steps of the their work. I am extremely happy with the out come and I would easily recommend to anyone.

First of all...Mr. Gabriel and Mr. Tito showed up on time. To me that’s very important. I don’t have all day to wait around for someone to come and do some work at the house. Both of the men were very knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done quickly and answered any questions that I had. I also loved the fact that they had all the neat tools to find out exactly what my problem was. They were like the James Bond brothers with all those gadgets. They told me what my issue was and gave me reasonable solutions to fix the problem. What I liked most of all is...they didn’t try to sell me on their service. They were straight forward and honest...at the end of the day I was very satisfied with their service. I’ll be hiring them in the future for a big job...as soon as I can save up the money. I would recommend them for any job...big or small.
