MR Professional Painting offered us a fair and reasonable price for the job. Everything went well, and the painter did an outstanding job. He never stopped to take a break and when he left everything was spotless. We are so glad we found you guys. We’ll be using MR Professional for future projects.

Robert and the company were very professional. They advised with expertise and I felt like I could trust them with my place. The job they did was thorough and fast! I would definitely hire them again when needed.

These guys are the best in OC a pleasure to work with and they did a great job I am very please with it I highly recommend than to anyone. I will definitely be calling on them for all my painting need

It was great and they were super nice and they showed up on time and made sure that everything was protected, they did a fantastic job.

The wall painting itself is in good quality, though they painted the wrong wall, and had to repaint the correct one. When I asked them if they could do door/window frames, they said they’d done that before, so we trusted them to do our sliding door frames. By the time they finished the work and we came in, the door frames are brushed paint with the uneven touch instead the original glossy vinyl texture. I wouldn’t know it was the wrong way until I looked online that the vinyl frame should be sprayed paint… The touchup also used the wrong paint with dark spots everywhere, where as they were told specifically to use the correct paint provided by us since we keep the paint for all interior and they are left by the house builder.

It took some time to get scheduled, but once started they worked every day, showing up on time, until the job was completed. The workmanship and professionalism was excellent. There was some minor touch up needed and they responded quickly to have it taken care of. I would hire them again.

They did an excellent job. Robert, the owner, came exactly on time to provide an estimate. I actually needed it painted the next day which he accomodated. Other painters estimated between 3-4 days to complete. His painters had it done in 1 1/2 days, and they did an excellent job. I am very impressed. Also, they are all very nice men.

<p>In short, hire this company : ). Robert and Chris came out to quote the job and arrived on time. They provided a detailed quote by email. The email also included all of their license and insurance information which was great.</p> <p>They focused on the interior portion of our job first. They arrived on time every day at 7:50am at our request. I could tell that they were going to do a good job since they spent a couple of days prepping the interior for painting. The prep work is critical for painting and these guys do not take short cuts on the prep work. The 50 year old bathroom cabinet paint was in bad shape. We decided to keep them since the wood structure was in good shape. The guys did a great job sanding and scraping the old paint off the cabinets and old door jambs. When I came home I was expecting to find a lot of dust due to the prep work but to my surprise there was none! Great job cleaning up. Every day they cleaned up and organized their area before they left which we really appreciated. They also painted an interior hallway that runs most of the length of the house. Since we did not paint the entire interior, it was important to match the old paint that is throughout the rest of the house. We were not expecting a perfect match. They took a small piece of the plaster wall for color matching and the color matched perfectly.</p> <p>We chose a bright white for the interior trim which required three to four coats of paint. They took the time to do it right by applying thin coats instead of applying thick coats of paint which would have saved them time but it would have looked terrible. Needless to say the interior paint looks great. </p> <p>When they moved out to the exterior, they arrived at 7:15 to get an early start. Robert helped us match the exterior paint of a house in a nearby neighborhood that we liked. We would have chosen a color that was too dark without his help. They power washed the house, trenched around the foundation of the house, caulking the seams in the siding, patched peeling stucco, patched old wood that could be saved, and spent several days scraping the old exterior paint. I was really glad to see them spend so much time just in the preparation to paint.  The siding on our house required careful masking where it meets the eves and again they took the time to do it right. They of course masked all of the windows, removed door and window screens. They also took down old gutters, light fixtures, unused television cable, and pulled all the old nails that had been added over the years to hang stuff so that they can properly paint underneath all of that stuff. </p> <p>Once the prep work was done, the painting actually goes on very fast since they can spray the main color on. They did some of the best work on our garage doors. I was thinking we would just have to replace them but they honestly made them look like new which is nice because I don't think we could get doors like these originals that they saved and the design matches the rest of the house. Again we have zero complaints with the exterior paint work. The house looks like new thanks to the diligent preparation.</p> <p>One thing we would do different is to get Robert involved with the color selection earlier. We stressed over the color of the house and he has a great eye and made us feel confident that we were not doing anything silly. He really is a color expert so take advantage of his advice. He led us to the perfect color for our front door. He showed us three entirely different colors to choose from that would work with our main house color, some we would have never thought of ourselves. We picked one and he was right on the money, it looks great.</p> <p>Chris ran the job smoothly and Abraham was the lead painter on site. The entire paint crew works hard and we couldn't be more satisfied with all of the work. <br /> <br /></p> <br />

<p>When I called Robert, he immediately came out that afternoon to give me a free estimate.  I was pleased that they could start work on the house the following day.  Robert was very knowledgeable about paint and we discussed colors and brand of paint that he would use.  His crew is very professional, conscientious, and they take pride in their work.  They cleaned up every afternoon and arrived on time every morning.  My two-story house was completely painted and wood replaced in five and a half days.  They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.  I appreciate the fact that they pointed out the termite damage to me so I could correctly repair the problem before it got any worse.</p> <br />

I had multiple bids, he was the only one who was available and knew his business. I called multiple painters and everyone else was booked for weeks. I am a realtor and previous contractor. I will be working with him in the future.

They did pretty much everything well and what I expected them to do. They were a couple of extra jobs and a couple of interior jobs, they did all that very well. It now looks pretty good. You can't hardly tell that there was an old patio cover attached. They cleaned up after themselves.

Robert Lopez and his team were great!  I needed to have some painting done at our commercial warehouse.  His pricing was very reasonable--I had received a total of 3 bids for the job.  He came in at the middle, but just slightly higher than the lowest estimate.   Because I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge I asked him to match the lowest estimate and he did!  I needed carpet replaced as well.  Robert was able to recommend a company and they turned out to be great too!  Very impressed with Robert and his team!  I will contact him in the future for any painting needs.

The proprietor’s name is Robert Lopez and they did a very good job. I would use them again in the future.

<br /> The whole process from the time we met for the estimate until the job finished was very satisfactory.  Mr. Lopez has met the set deadline which was important to me since I had to have other work done on my new home before I could move in. <br /> I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Professional Painting to my family and friends. <br />

They did a good job, and I have had no complaints. It was a one-day job, and I was not at home when they did the work, but the house looks much better than before. I liked that they responded to my email because I prefer to communicate via email. The quotation was clear. Everything was nice and easy, and everything was put in writing. There was no mess left after the work was done. I don’t know how their price would compare with others, but I think it was reasonable. I have no problems with them, and I would use them again in the future if necessary.

From the beginning Robert was quick to respond.  He had a very thorough and itemized bid sent to me within the week he came out to see my home and the work to be done.  All calls I made to him were returned in a quick and reasonable time.  His crew was great.  They were efficient, very tidy, organized were there when they said they would be there and very polite.   Robert had displayed great professionalism, efficiency, great communication skills,honesty and quality work.   I cannot say enough about how much I am impressed with his business.  Would I use him again?  Most definitely I could not imagine using anyone else...he was that good.  

The price quoted was $450 and while it felt a little high, I was okay with it since they have to bring everything out for small job... and they could work with my tight timeframe. . When the painter arrived (not the owner), and started work...  I was surprised to see he was starting without putting down any dropcloths or doing any masking. This was in a carpeted bedroom (with a minimal amount of furniture in it -- a bed with bedding on it and a desk). I asked him about it and he admitted to having forgotten his drop cloths. Luckily, I had some in the garage and I provided them for him. A little while later, he came and asked me if I had a ladder he could borrow. Really? He forgot his dropcloths and ladder? I did have one, but by this time, was really concerned. Ultimately, the paint job was fine and the owner did knock $50 off the price for me when I complained. But, I would not call them again based on this experience.

They were very professional and responsive, and they came out when they were supposed to come out. They did a nice job in a timely manner. We did not have any problems at all. We got two or three bids, and they were neither the most expensive nor the most inexpensive. Their quality was very good. We would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future if necessary. <br />

Overall a well done job. However, the owner was rarely there, leaving the job to his workers. The workers are fine painters, but I was left with the task of job foreman. I needed to tell them when a surface needed priming first, or that a piece of furniture needed to be moved so that the wall could be painted behind it. I never got an argument, everything I ask for was done quickly and neatly. Any rework that needed to be done was performed without objection. I would use them again.

It was great. Everything was very professional. They even did a little extra work that I was not expecting them to do.
