Very satisfied! There was a storm brewing during the timeframe they were supposed to come out. Called and said we needed to reschedule. Was quickly resceduled to an agreeable time and day a couple of days away. They came out promptly and took care of the repalcements. We had the lights for them to install. All went well and would definitely use them again.

Bill and Josh were both professional and friendly. Bill was informative and very pleasant to talk to. They completed the job in a timely manner, and we are very satisfied with their work. They took all boxes with them, leaving no mess at all. In fact, there was no trace that they had been there, other than a new light fixture and ceiling fan! Great job!

The quality of work and professionalism were outstanding. I had them to the house for something different, and when checking the electrical panel found that I was in a very dangerous situation because of water leakage. The issue was explained to me, the repair immediately scheduled, and they helped with my insurance claim details. Taken were pictures, which we given to me with detailed explanations about what the pictures represented. Along with that a detailed narrative related to the issue, cause and resolution were supplied to me. My insurance company issued me a check within 15 minutes of receiving the files from Mr Response. <br /> <br /> I highly recommend them, and will be having them back in my home for additional work!

This is our first experience with this vendor. My husband was home on 7/10, and said the service man arrived within the window of time stated; and communicated throughout the visit, keeping him apprised of issues. He repaired the identified problem, and identified some other areas within the condo that required future work. All this was good. <br /> The challenge came with pricing. When I made the appointment by phone and asked for pricing, I was told there would be a $217 discovery fee; and further my understanding from that conversation was that if they discovered the problem, and the work was completed by them, that <strong>$217</strong> would become part of the work performed, not an add on. When in reality, we were charged a discovery fee of <strong>$256</strong>, and it was <strong>added</strong> on to the overall labor/material cost. We did, however, receive a 10% Angie's List discount on the parts/labor - not on the discovery fee. <br /> When I called the 'office' number to discuss the difference in charge, I first asked with whom i was speaking, and the gentleman responded 'Mr. Response Electric' (no actual name) and there was a lot of background noise. I asked with whom I should speak about bill related issues, and he agreed to talk with me about it. I stated the quote of $217 for the discovery fee, <strong>which he agreed was correct</strong>. Then I asked why we were charged $256? He said that if it is a 'normal' discovery it is $217, but if it is a more involved discovery, it's $256. This was never told to me in advance. I then stated that this kind of discrepancy causes me not to trust quotes when I get them, including my understanding that the fee would become part of the labor/parts cost, not an absolute add on. The gentleman did not seem the least bit concerned that we were unhappy. He ultimately said if we used their services again there would no longer be a 'discovery fee' which of course, I don't believe we can count on based on this first experience and also that the invoice presented at the end of service performed has a box specifically related to discovery fees. <br /> It's too bad, as they did good work. <br />

We recently took down our above ground pool and the electrical wiring was lying around in the lawn area. Called Bill the week before. He put me in for next week. The electrician was on time. Explained me what needs to be done and also told me how much it is going to cost. Finished the work in 30min. Hauled the unwanted material in his truck. No mess was left behind. They charged me for a regular service call. Luckily I had an Angie's List coupon which saved me some money. Very satisfied. <br />

Called them on Friday at 4:30. I was scheduled for between 8 and 9 the following morning. They were there promptly at 8:00. I'm thrilled with their response as I've been stood up by another electrician and this work needed to be done as a condition of a home sale. As for price, it seemed high but don't know enough about pricing to rate them differently. <br />

Had them scheduled for 5:30 PM on. a Wednesday after canceling our plans for the evening since I wanted to get this done before the weekend. I called them at 6:00 PM since nobody showed up and was told that the electrician is on his way and should be there 7:00 PM. Waited again and got a call at 7:30 PM stating that we'd have to reschedule since there was an emergency at a doctor's office. Fine things happen. Rescheduled again for Saturday morning "between 9 and 10". Same story all over again. No show till about 11:30 AM after i called them atleast twice and conveyed my frustration. I wish they'd be courteous about letting customers know when they're running late or don't plan on showing up. No complaints about the job. <br />

We got in touch right away and scheduled the appointment. I paid additional to have the panel upgraded and external grounding that was not previously there because the panel was so old and not up to code. The service was great and we had no problems. <br /> <br /> Update March 2015. i had a snag with the former WMECO now Eversource losing track of the permits involved. This provider not only was fast to respond to my inquiries but took the initiative and contacted all parties involved and had the entire matter settled in less than 24 hours. This kind of action 10 months after the work was completed is a true sign a quality organization.

Mr. Response could schedule us way sooner than any other electrician we tried, and Dan showed up on time. He gave us great tips on electrical work and performed all the work quickly and professionally. The price for the work was not super cheap, but was fair. The best part is that a professional and courteous electrician showed up quickly and on time for a relatively small job. Sometimes hard to find in Central Mass. <br />

They were very prompt and the technician was very professional. He was very upfront as to what the cost would be. But after he fixed the problem then he turned into a sales person trying to sell me additional services. I'm not sure I will use them again.

All in all the work went great. the second floor kept tripping the breaker and shutting down most of the apartment. I called mister response electric they came out to take a look at the problem.the circuit was overloaded and I was told I needed some more wires to reduce the load on the circuit. They gave me a price up front which was very fair in my opinion and they started working mediately. I had to leave go to work I paid before the job is finished I came home to a note on my door describing the job in detail and if I had any questions to call the number left on the note. all in all very happy will definitely call them again and will recommend them to anyone needing electrical work thanks for the great job <br />

Awesome!!! Great experience. I called for estimates. They sent Steve in four hours for estimates. Steve gave me estimates. His estimates included all the parts. I thought to give him a try. And I am glad I did. He is very thorough, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I can't believe I got the work done the same day I called. Steve worked really hard. Went to store to get the needed parts. Cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended. Will definitely call them for the other jobs he gave me estimates for. <br />
