We had the tech from Roto-Rooter Jeff Cottrell, he arrived within two hours of the initial phone call. The job turned into a project. We had them use the camera I found out we had a larger problem. Jeff was friendly, efficient and so was his supervisor. The guys were great. It made the pinch on our wallet less painful. Lol.

The technician from Mr Rooter, Ivan came out when expected, saw the problem and give me at cost to take care of the situation. The cost was very reasonable and he became the work. Upon completing the work he cleaned up the area. He did a excellent job, was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely call Mr Rooter again if needed in the future.

When I scheduled I was told that it would be a free estimate. After the technician showed up and told me the cost of repairs. $400 to replace a cartridge in the shower to stop the leak and $1000 to replace bathroom faucet to restore water pressure, he then stated that I would owe diagnostic fees. So it was either pay the $400 for the shower repair or the diagnostic fees. The shower is not leaking but I?m dissatisfied with the way this process went and the tactic the technician used made me feel forced into using this company.

Tech was *excellent*. Corporate pricing for the repair seemed excessive. But the job was done fast and well.

They replaced toilet, plastic drain line and snaked 3 traps. After checking other businesses I feel I was overcharged for the work that was completed. I have left 3 messages for a supervisor and have yet to have any response.

The technician managed to break the clog at the pipe entrance but could not get the large cable to make the bend into the pipe. I asked if he carried a half inch snake in the truck and he replied yes. He refused to try running the pipe with it. I basically ended up paying for a service i could have performed myself with a stick.

Fixed my issues. I think it was reasonably priced

Kitchen drain had been gurgling for months. That didn’t get my attention but when it stopped draining…well time to act. Ivan listened to my problem, took a look and gave me my options. As requested he tried to snake the drain but couldn’t get the snake to advance. Got a smaller snake with the same issue. The snake came back with rust and sludge. Well kitchen sinks are rather important so i gave the OK to replace the stack. Note that I live in a century home with 100 yo cast iron stacks. I nearly fainted when he showed me how the rust and sludge had narrowed the stack’s diameter to the size of my pinky. Through all of this Ivan answered all of my questions, kept me informed and gave me time to think which I very much appreciated. Would I tell my friends and neighbors to use Mr. Rooter? I would enthusiastically! Am I thrilled with my new stack and quick draining sink? Oh yes I am 😄

Mr. Rooter responded within a half hour of our call. The technician was knowledgeable and clearly informed us of what needed to be done to make a basement toilet useable. He worked efficiently and the price was very reasonable.
