As a person in the service industry I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care taken by Mr. Rooter. From the beginning they rescheduled the appointment to another day then no-showed on the 2nd day. On the 3rd attempt they showed up but didn't complete the request on the work order. We have downspouts that are clogged and not draining. I had asked to inspect the downspouts around the house but the tech seemed confident he had isolated the drainage issue to roots in one section pipe. I paid nearly $1000 to have roots removed from one section and the tech assured me this would solve our issue. Wrong. Fast forward almost 2 months later I wake up to water pouring in our basement. The downspouts overflowing and windows wells retaining water to the point that the water is entering the house into our fully finished basement.

The shower valve was replaced successfully in about 2 hours. The replacement cost was about $990 which included about $150 for replacement parts. I felt like this was very pricey for 2 hours of work. If you use Mr Rooter, verify the what the price will be before moving forward with fix. The evaluation charge was $272 which took 5 minutes

turned out to be a simple fix, pipe wasn't secured. Another business told me I would have to rip out the entire bathtub to fix problem. Instead it was a 15 minute tighten of the seal.

We called Mr. Rooter to look at our water heater which had some corroded connections and small leaks. Dan from Mr. Rooter was very professional. He clearly went over the options and pricing for replacing the valves vs a new hot water tank vs a tankless system. There was zero pressure from the technician, he simply went over the pros and cons of each option and let us decide, and then quickly went about installing the new system. I couldn’t be happier.

Very good service, prompt and professional! Had to have pipes and part of subfloor replaced due to toilet leaking.

Shawn and his crew, including CJ, did a fantastic job replacing our gutter drainage pipes. The pipes had broken and were not draining and they reworked the drainage so that the rain will now drain correctly. I highly recommend them.

Mr Rooter always responds quickly when ever I have called them. The people who work for Mr Rooter are very knowledge and explain things well before and after the service is completed. I would definitely recommend this company.

The service was performed by one of the field managers, who did the job personally, so I didn’t have to wait all day. He was very efficient, and very professional. He also made some recommendations that could save me money down the road. His name is Jason, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. If anyone is undecided about who to hire to do any kind of work, you won’t go wrong with Mr Rooter. Will definitely be calling them for any future projects I may have..

Great work exorbitant prices

I found the technician to be knowledgeable, professional, and answering all my questions about the work to be done. The company will call you ahead to let you know, when the plumbing technician is going to arrive. You are given a 4 hour window, and the phone call is usually half an hour in advance of their arrival time. I was happy with the service provided, this is my 3rd time to use Mr Rooter Plumbing Services. And discount is given from a decal on yellow pages phone book.

Technician was on time and very pleasant. He explained what he would be doing and got right to work. Got everything cleaned up and he was out of here in less than 8 hours.

They called right away and were out that morning by 9 am and fixed the problem.
