turned out to be a simple fix, pipe wasn't secured. Another business told me I would have to rip out the entire bathtub to fix problem. Instead it was a 15 minute tighten of the seal.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We called Mr. Rooter to look at our water heater which had some corroded connections and small leaks. Dan from Mr. Rooter was very professional. He clearly went over the options and pricing for replacing the valves vs a new hot water tank vs a tankless system. There was zero pressure from the technician, he simply went over the pros and cons of each option and let us decide, and then quickly went about installing the new system. I couldn’t be happier.

Shawn and his crew, including CJ, did a fantastic job replacing our gutter drainage pipes. The pipes had broken and were not draining and they reworked the drainage so that the rain will now drain correctly. I highly recommend them.

The service was performed by one of the field managers, who did the job personally, so I didn’t have to wait all day. He was very efficient, and very professional. I found the technician to be knowledgeable, professional, and answering all my questions about the work to be done. The company will call you ahead to let you know, when the plumbing technician is going to arrive. You are given a 4 hour window, and the phone call is usually half an hour in advance of their arrival time. I was happy with the service provided, this is my 3rd time to use Mr Rooter Plumbing Services. And discount is given from a decal on yellow pages phone book.

Travis and team were professional and customer focused. They did the initial drain power cleand and video of inside. They did show the work that needed to be done and listened to what work was wanted completed and connect a downspout drain to link into the complete drain go street.
