They did an excellent job. They are a little on the pricey side. They come and they did the work right. I would use them again. Their work was excellent and they showed up when they said they would.

Not good. We had just replaced an element and they told us it was the wrong one and took the element but we had just put on and was going to bring back the proper one as well as the one that they had taken off they brought back a different one never brought back the new one that they had taken off but I had already replaced and two days later the furnace quit blowing hot air againI was told it would be more than a week before somebody could get out there and I had a newborn baby that was born less than a week earlier.. needless to say we ended up calling another company and the element was not the problem it's just that they were dirty posts on one of the firing pins it took a minute half with steel wool to clean it off and my furnace works works great ever since. <br /> <br />we won't be using them again for our heating needs <br />

I have used these plumbers at least 10 times in the past 2 years and will use them again soon. <br />

He found the problem right away but didn't have the parts and would have had to order them but suggested we call San Juan Mobile Home Supply. They had the parts in stock, so I ran and got the parts. He waited for me then installed the parts. It was a good thing because that weekend was very cold.

The service went very well.  I called and asked if a plumber could come and change our expansion tank off of our hot water heater and was told that the plumber would be there between 1 and 3.  About 15 minutes before 1, the plumber called and asked if he could come by.  <br /> The service at the house went well and he used buckets and towels to make sure he didn't spill water everywhere.  The water that did drip on our garage floor was cleaned up before he left.  <br /> They accept credit cards and are very professional, I'd use them again! <br />

Everything is working to perfection and we even received a phone call from the owner to asks us how his employees had done since we have had two groups over Within the past three weeks. We told him the shower was also working better than it has in the past 30 years and the swamp cooler had no leaks at all. But we did have one concern and it was about the estimate for replacement only being good for 3 days. He said you go ahead keep it they will honor it. <br />

.We recently remolded our master bathroom and needed to have some pluming replaced. To make easier for everyone we replaced all of the water lines in the whole house with PEX lines. With all the new lines in place we then called a plumber to install a new drain to the new shower. We called Mr. Rooter, as we have used them in years past.  Once the old drain was cut off it became apperant that all the 2" drain line for both bathrooms would need to be replaced. Mr Rooter came out promptly and did a nice job on replacing all the 2" drain lines. He told us to call him back when we got the shower closer to completion and he would finish hooking up the shower in the remodeled bath. He left after we paid him $600.00 Then we called him back about 2 weeks later to have him come out and hook up the shower drain and install a new shower valve we had. He was there on time and put the shower drain in and hooked up the shower valve (remember this is PEX all he had to do was crimp the red and blue new lines to the shower valve). Then we were rather shocked that this quicker job was billed out the same $600.00 again. Irritated we paid him $600.00 and he left. A week goes by and the contractor is all done with our bathroom and we get to use our new shower for the first time. And guess what the water came out cold on the hot side and the hot out the cold side. Honest mistake and we got a good laugh about it. We called Mr Rooter the next day, which was Monday morning and they said it would be Wednessday or <br /> Thursday before they could get out there to fix their mistake. We thought they would promptly come out . Maybe they are just a bit busy. So we waited Wednessday nothing Thursday nothing no call no nothing. We waited two weeks to the day and we called to see when someone was coming out to fix this two minute fix. And we were told we were on thier schedule for sometime this week. We will still be waiting to see how it turns out. This is a simple 2 minute fix and they are throwing away a customer, as we will never use them again. It seems as if this company has a we don't care about the customers attitude its all about the money. You would think they would stand behind the over priced job so they could cheat us again later. We also have a local business in <br /> our town. If there is an issue, we drop what we are doing to resolve the problem.  We know what poor response to a problem will do for you. <br />

I have used Mr. Rooter several times over the past few years.  Once, I tried to do something to a pipe under a sink that I really shouldn't have messed with, and I ended up with a gushing leak from the pipe.  I ran around finding buckets and bowls to catch the water, towels to sop up all the water that ended up on the floor, and a phone book to find a plumber.  I randomly picked Mr. Rooter because it had a big add that said they took emergency calls.  I called, and was pretty upset, and a plumber was dispatched immediately.  He called me while on the way to my house to see if he could help me to turn off the water, but I was pretty useless.  He arrived quickly and stopped the gushing water quickly  and fixed the whole problem quickly.  I don't remember how much that cost, because I was just happy he came so fast. <br /> I have also used Mr. Rooter to purchase a new water heater and thermostat.  The plumber was courteous, and as far as I can tell he did a good job, but there was some question about the accuracy of some information he provided about the water heater, which has been a problem.  I can't comment on how good the price was, because I didn't comparison shop. <br /> <br />

"This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I called the local office, and told the office manager what had happened and asked if the amount was correct. She said that it sounded a bit steep and she would need to look at the work order when he came back in, and give me a call back. Three days later I called back to get a response. She said that the amount was correct. I asked why it would be so high and she responded with the labor put in. I said "for 20 minutes"????  Her response was "and"??  The disrespect and tone of voice, not to mention the lack of professionalism, was the worst I have ever experienced in my entire 62 years of life. I checked several other plumbers estimates in the area, and the highest quote was less than $200, so I reported them to the BBB. After a few months I checked the BBB posts, and Mr. Rooter responded that after further consideration of my situation they have sent me a check for $94. This was untrue. I never received any communication nor check from them, and would not have accepted such a minor compensation from  the anyway. <br />

They were professional and friendly. They completed the work quickly. He said he would be able to help with a future project.

They charge a fee when they come and they don’t take it off when they do the work.  The normal procedure is the normal plumber would quote the job first and then charge that amount.  Otherwise, they had one guy working for them that took an hour for lunch and I was not pleased with that at all.
