Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Mid-Ohio

Levi Simpson was the plumber, had a stopped up bathtub drain in my 65 year old house. He has been here a few times in the last several years. Mr. Rooter had all my contact information on file, they came within hours right when they said they would. My house was well built in its day but old original plumbing takes care to not be damaged. He showed me in the basement underneath the affected bathroom where and what was the likely blockage This guy is professional, explained everything well and communicates well, very efficient, could not have been neater or more cordial.

THEY WERE THERE VERY SHORTLY AFTER I CALLED FOR SERVICE. THEY NARROWED DOWN THE LOCATION OF THE LEAK AS BEING UNDER THE CONCRETE FLOOR IN A LARGE DETACHED GARAGE AWAY FROM THE HOUSE WHICH ARE BOTH ON THE SAME METER. THEY ADVISED ME TO CALL LEAK DETECTOR IN COLUMBUS TO ZERO IN ON THE PRECISE LOCATION AND TO CALL THEM BACK AFTER THAT IS DOWN SO THEY CAN DO THE REPAIR

I was truly blown away by the level of customer service we received from this company. Highly recommend. We called late on a Friday due to water in our basement, we chose the arrival time for noon to four on Saturday and was told they would call before the technician arrived. Got a call about 10:30 saying he was on his way. Micah was our technician and I can’t say enough good things about this young man. He quickly figured out the problem and gave us an estimate. He replaced the sump pump, and even cleaned up after. We were very impressed with this company, from the person I talked to on the phone to the service we received. We will definitely use this company for our plumbing needs in the future. Customer for life! Thank you.

Levi did a fantastic job! He arrived very quickly after my call and was professional and courteous throughout his visit. He quickly assessed our problems and made suggestions for solutions. He was able to fix our most immediate concern and ordered part to complete repairs on our secondary concern. We are very satisfied customers.

He came and assessed the problem quickly and accurately. He offered me a couple of solutions and went right to work. Less than 20 minutes later the problem was solved and everything was flowing...smoothly. Excellent service and very personable....he even gave me a discount that I didn't know was available to me. I would hire them again.

Professional,friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself

for what they said weighed 250 lbs. It weighed 70 lbs and they cracked the discharge when they removed it which I must pay to have repaired because Mr Rooter broke it. The master plumbers I did get to replace it determined this. The estimate I received was also "for this area where I live"---when the estimates I received from two other licensed professional companies were over $1000 less and that would have included removal. And there is no reason for a plumbing service from a licensed individual to differ just because of the area I live. Yes they were prompt, professional, and attempted to pressure me into acting. I never should have let them take the pump out in the first place when he told me he had to call his supervisor to get help him get it out. I will not be using them for again.

They did fine. They can lower price to be a better company. They did quality installation.

They ran the snake through with a camera. They did great! There were hairline root from trees and bushes and they were able to unclogged the drain.

He arrived at the scheduled time, actually earlier. He called to ok that. He put in a snake with a camera and found sludge and roots. He cleared them and poured something in the drain that would eat away the roots. I couldn't use the drain for 4 hours. My receipt just has the total charged and no itemization. There is a warranty of 6 mths or 1 return trip.

<p>It went very well and they took care of the problem by fixing the pipe and building a wooden box over it so that it wouldn't get broken again and they showed me how I could get to the pipe if need be. Also the sump pump system they put in about 3 years ago they updated it with a new battery as the old one had to have water poured in it ever so often. The new battery is maintenance free and I don't have to worry about making sure that the battery needs to be maintained.</p> <p>I was very happy that it was taken care of and they did a great job.</p>

Received phone call from main office saying plumber was running a little late, and he should arrive within the hour... ended up he was less than 15 minutes late. He assessed the problem and advised me of what needed to be done and gave me a verbal estimate. The price seemed a little high to me, but I have not needed any type of plumbing for many years so assumed the price was probably in-line within a few dollars either way. Plus, I did not want to deal with getting additional estimates, and he was at my house on a Saturday ready to do the job so I agreed to the price. He brought in a large piece of equipment that he used to clear the blockage all the way out to the sewer. It seemed like it took longer to unload the machine from his truck and get it down the basement steps than it did to clear the blockage. I'm satisfied with the job and would use them again if needed.
