I waited so long (about a year) to get Mr. Rooter back to replace the faucet, that a new problem came up with the toilets, which they also fixed. I was pleased and have no complaints.

I had been putting off this job because of the negative experience I had with the last plumber-very thoughtless and cavalier. He tracked mud all over the house, stained the rugs, and came at a time when I needed to be out of town. I found Mr. Rooter in Tupelo at Angie's List. They work as a team of two, did a great job, and even cleaned up after themselves!

The work was done as part of a home warranty deal that I had. So, it was all covered under that. When they did the work, they were quite professional, quiet, and efficient. In terms of getting the work done, it took them a while to actually get the part so there was some down time between the first diagnostic call and the actual resolution of the problem, but in terms of the work they did, it was good and they were very professional. It just took a while to get the part and get back over here and do the installation. It worked at the end of the day which made me happy. It is not leaking so the quality of the work seems fine. When they said they would be here, they were here. They are very nice.

<p>They didn't do a very good job. The tub is not leveled correctly so the water just stands and doesn't drain properly. There are gaps in the wall where you can see through to the next room when standing in the shower. The shower surrounds are crooked and the tub is not really fastened down like it should be. Also they scratched the tub and it looks like a large burn mark. They borrowed our tools and they didn't have any nails or screws. They tried to charge us for our own dirt. When they tried to charge us an extra $400 over what they quoted us, I had to lock them out of our house because they were starting to get physical and they were cursing at me because I wouldn't pay the extra money. My wife almost called the police and I had to slide the check under the door. The tub is leaking into the foundation. We have to put a bucket under the tub to catch the water that leaks.</p> <p>8/31/2015 Update: Apparently, they punctured a hole in the tub and the shower surround is not properly installed. I have had their work inspected by other contractors and the job has to be redone. The drain pit was filled with field dirt instead of sand and insects and rodents can get into the house because it is not sealed off with tar or concrete as they had agreed to do. Also this will cause mold. The drain plug will not work and the whole job is a big mess. Very unprofessional. We are hiring another contractor to replace the tub and install a new one..</p>

Great people! They were extremely punctual and gave VERY useful information on how to prevent the problem in the future. We had a complete back up of all of our drains. Tubs wouldn't drain, toilets couldn't be flushed, etc. They snaked out all of our piping underneath the house and cleared our clogged drains! Very good work and will use in the future! <br />

We had Sonny T plumbing thru Mr rooter replace a broken toilet flange for us. I was verbally quoted a price of $250 but when the work was all done The employee handed me a bill of over $500. I was so frustrated that I just paid the bill and told him to leave. At the time II posted a very bad review for this company. The owner of Sonny T plumbing was informed of my review and called me. We talked, he apologized for the over charge and has adjusted the bill to reflect a more realistic price for work the done? So I have revised this post. I appreciate a business owner who can own up to a mistake and correct it. Thank you Sonny T Plumbing. I will use them in the future if needed and I would recommend them. <br /> <br />

When the tech arrived he didn't seem to understand our problem even though we had experienced a backed up main line before. I'm not sure exactly what he did but the problem was somewhat improved but the sewer smell was still there and we were charged an outrageous amount for sub par work. <br />

We called Mr. Rooter and told them our issue, we were told we had a main line stoppage. We scheduled an appointment, and the Tech called before coming. When he got there he ran the cable, cleared our line. He pulled back roots. He provided us with a lot of useful information. He went in and tested everything to make sure it was working proficiently. I will defiantly be telling all my friends and family about this plumbing company. They worked fast and got the job done right, the first time. Thank You MR ROOTER! <br />

Probably more expensive than most but did a good job. Only problem was that they failed to call us on a day they were expected and failed to show. When we called we found out that the plumbing supply company had sent the wrong toilets so they had to postpone.

HE FIGURED OUT THAT MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL WAS TIED INTO MY WASHER DRAIN AND UNSTOPPED BOTH OF THEM .HE SAID WHOMEVER BUILT MY HOUSE TIRED THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL IN WITH THE WASHER DRAIN LINE .HE HAS TO GO ON TOP OF THE HOUSE WHERE THE WASHER DRAIN IS LOCATED TO UNSTOP IT . I'VE USED HIM AND MY MOTHER HAS USED HIM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND HE ALWAYS DOES GOOD WORK AND IS VERY REASONABLE PRICED <br />

I recently purchased a foreclosed home so of course there were some repairs needed even though the realtor had "everything repaired" I placed a phone call about a leaky gas line to the water heater and Mr Rooter sent someone out in less than 2 hours. The tech was great and extremely patient with me and all of my questions. After installing the proper gas line (the contractors used the wrong type so gas was pouring into my house) he asked if there was anything else he could do for me and of course there was. I told him that the drains were making a gurgling sound and water was backing up in the showers whenever I did laundry. He went outside to the drains and three feet in he found an old rag that had been stuffed in there. After removing the rag he said he wanted to be sure there was nothing else in there and low and behold he pulled out enough tree roots to start a forest! With all of that being done I was satisfied until he offered a "preventive walk through" which he pretty much walked through the house and checked all the plumbing to ensure it was working properly. I found out a had a leaky toilet due to improper installation, a slow drain in the kitchen due to grease buildup. He was a great guy! <br />

Old valve was left in place in open position. This did not work out so well, since no hot water was coming inside the house. He returned the same day and, turns out the old valve was not actually left open. All is fine now. Seems like the visit fee should be waived when the customer agrees to let the work be done. But they added the visit $ to the bill, however they did tell me before they travelled out.
