I hired Mark over the phone from your site. He said he was licensed and could do everything I needed done for much less than hiring someone for each project. He sounded very nice and said he just wanted to help me. I sent him a list of the things that needed done and he said he could do them all. i told him to start with the yard and the pool for curb appeal as I need to rent the house. Then I get a call telling me that he and his wife are painting the entire house even though that was not on the list. They painted it green which I hate besides. I told him to just do the things on the list, but instead he kept doing things that he thought should be done. I had originally gave him a budget of $6500 for equipment, flooring and his time. Then he started wanting money I paid $300 by Zelle, then $1500, then another $1500, then $299. and another $200. That was when he told me that it was all for his time! I had paid Home Depot directly $1293.88 and another $125.34 to Pinch a Penny for chemicals. There is no money for the kitchen counter that was on the list, or for flooring which was on the list. I had already got an estimate for around $6500 from a large company that manages rentals. Now I am left without the funds to get the things done that were first on the list, I also have to have a pool company to fix the pool just as I HAD ORIGINALLY ASKED. I understand it will cost me a lot more to have the floors done with the laminate as it cannot be put on top of the epoxy Mark put down without my permission. Now he will not return my keys and get a truck load of debris out of my driveway. He is threatening me, as well. With dumping the debris on my driveway and now threatening a lien on the house if I do not pay him more money! I am 78 and have been very ill. Acute bronchitis. so I cannot afford to travel to Fl. right now. I have a niece there who is afraid to be there with him, so I told him to leave the keys under a flower pot in the front of the house he has not nor has he moved his truck. In short he did not do the things I directed him to do, but instead did things I did not want done. I am at a loss, please help me!

Quick, easy and was available within a very reasonable time schedule

Hauled stuff off. I asked for a copy of what I signed on his phone but have not received as yet. Paid $4,800 down with check. He wanted to hire my son Daniel and the other helper Mike that took off 2 days work to help me. They were not paid by mr Messinger. Mr Messinger wanted the check made , out to him. There was some building materials(sautio tiles that were being saved for my front porch and glass blocks that were missing. I would like them returned. Mr. Messinger agreed to the estimated price. I paid him cash $2000. I still do not have any paperwork. A red flag went up when he did not want the first check written to Mr Salty’s. I wrote a check a second check $4000. I had to stop payment when I found the invoice and I talked to other contractors that said it was too much. I looked at some other prices and jobs on his work. They were a lot lower. I am 74 and disabled. I have bad experience with contractors. I do not want any problems with Mr. Messinger because we worked it out and I worked at the State Attorneys Office and know the process. If you can take care of the above mentioned problems please call me at ****** NOT my grandson who does not own my house and not get him involved in my problems or call him anymore. I am the one to consult with. My family is in stress now and I don’t need to be sick again. The previous yes or no cannot be a yes or no answer. I answered yes to both.

Great communication on resolving the problem, showed up ON TIME with his guys wearing professional looking business attire, every person who worked with him introduced themselves and were very kind and helpful, didn’t OVERCHARGE me for the work at hand, and generally did just a wonderful job. If you need any type of help with anything-If they are capable of doing it they will do it! Five stars guys thank you!!!
