Mr T's responded quickly to my request for a quote, scheduled very promptly, and completed work as agreed. They washed our shed at no extra charge and when I followed up to let them know that dark streaks from dirt behind the shuttles resulted from the washing, Bob was pleasant and responsive. They came back out and hit those spots again the same day. This is the fourth power wash company we have used. I recommend them and will definitely use again.

This was my third year using Mr. T's for my spring house washing. The team does a great job and I am not required to be there while they work. There were bees nests in a few eaves from the prior summer and they knocked them down. My yard was left as it was after they were finished. <br>

Great. Very professional. Took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. Took extreme care with protecting all of the plant surrounding the foundation. The price was very reasonable. House, garage and roof look great. Wish I had done this earlier. <br /> <br /> I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. <br /> <br /> After the fact we found a flower bed plant had apparently been exposed to the roof cleaning solution, even though a 2nd person was hosing down everything in the area, the plant died and I replaced it. Told the company about the plant, and in less than a week I received a a check covering the replacement cost of the plant. AWESOME. All I can say standup company.

The job came out great, and we are totally baffled as to why a comment would come out a year later, being negative, and no one bothered to let us know that there was anything wrong, while we were there or within a short period of time. We will always come back to fix anything deemed wrong, as long as we know about it. Please know that although we can WORK QUICKLY, that does not mean that the job was done incorrectly. We always strive for the highest quality"

The entire job went well. It took them a little over an hour to clean the house: a single story ranch with an attached garage. The house looks nice and white. There was one area with rust stains that they could not remove. They told me of a product I should buy to remove those stains. The one issue was with scheduling of the job. We had planned that they would start at around 9:00AM. Between 8:30 and 9:00 they called and left a message on my answering machine (I was away from the phone) stating that they had a scheduling problem. They wouldn't arrive until noon-ish, which they did. I thought that they should have known about the scheduling issue earlier so that I could have re-planned my morning. This was the first time I've used a pressure wash company. They also accepted the coupon in the August issue of 'Angie's List'. Thank you.

Appointment was made and the service was performed. <br /> I mistakenly left my sprikler on in the morning before leaving for work. They used my water, so expected that they would shut it off, use it and then leave it off, but turned it back on instead. I understand that it was my fault for leaving it on, but figured they would shut if off after washing the house. Instead they turned it back on. <br /> Just found that odd. <br />

"We thought that the homeowner wanted to water his lawn, as the sprinkler was on, when we got there. When we left, we turned the water back on, because that's thw way we found it, with out any note to do otherwise."

Just one employee came out and it only took him about 45 minutes. It was a good price, we did some shopping around and his was the best price. He came on time and did his job, and he did a good job for me. He will do a good job at a good price for you.
